All I can say is thank you for all the positivity and kinds words! I didn’t think this video would have such an influence! I’ve been able to help others find the strength to spend their last moments with their loved ones by doing their hair and makeup. It is quite the honor. My mama was a beautiful woman! I carry her strength with me every day! Thank you for everyone that watches and all of MY SUBS!! Thank you 🙏 🥰💛.

I’m a makeup artist myself and had the honor to do my mom’s makeup for her funeral. It was so hard at a first but I know she wouldn’t want any other person to do it but me. I used all her favorite shades and she looked beautiful. She looked like she was a sleep. I played her favorite music and sang the lyrics to her as I applied her makeup. I would not have changed anything about it. It was such a personal moment between her and I, as was I said my last goodbye. She also played a huge role in me becoming a makeup artist. She paid for my first makeup kit. I owe her everything!! I Cried, sang and smiled while I did her makeup. She gave me the strength! I’m so happy you were able to share that moment with her.

This is the best work I’ve ever seen on a deceased. My God she was Drop dead gorgeous!🤍 you’re changing the world with your Art. May your mom rest in paradise.🙏🏽

My mother died of pancreatic cancer last year and I have to say that the make up artist made her look absolutely beautiful. More than a year later, I'm still so grateful for the great job they did. If that has to be the last memory of her, I'm so glad that it is a good one. BTW, you mother looked stunning.

I was a makeup artist for Estée Lauder for nine years. My Mom always wanted me to do her makeup after her passing. Sadly my sister, said “you don’t know anything about funeral makeup” and refused. I did my Mom’s makeup a lot and am sad that I didn’t get that last chance to do something for her. Your Mama was beautiful and you did a beautiful job! I know that feeling i lost my father in February due to covid . i gave him his final haircut fresh bald head and shave . i didnt know what to expect but when i got in that room and saw my pops i just went to work and enjoyed the time with him alone to grieve and do this honor for him ❤

Bless your Mother for suffering for SO LONG! My Father passed from pancreatic cancer, after FINALLY being diagnosed. He passed two weeks after being diagnosed. So many Dr’s had missed his diagnoses. So bless your Mother, AND YOU! You did a beautiful job on your Mother!

I had the privilege of styling my Mother’s hair, had done it for years! Also, I did my sister’s hair and makeup. It was the last thing I could do for Mother and my sister. I would have had it no other way!

I lost my dad in December and I will say that it takes the right people to be in such a profession; patience, the willingness to serve, to educate, to be truthful, to be empathetic and so much more. I would love to support families and give to them that comfort, what they need in such a tragic time in their lives without the worries of wondering what their loved one is going to look like or feeling lost when it comes to other arraignments. I applaud you including others in this profession; the ones that care and treat your loved one as if they were their own, which is key. Definitely interested in the profession; doing more research. I did my mother’s makeup and my daughter did her hair my other daughter did her nails. EVERYONE said Who did Margaret’s makeup and hair she look like she’s asleep. I said I did her make up and cia did her hair Samantha did her nails. I will say she did look BEAUTIFUL. Miss you momma❤️❤️❤️

It was right before my senior year of high school and my mom and I did her hair and makeup. I cried the entire time but I felt so close to her at that moment. My Mom used to let her do her hair every since she was 12 years old so she knew how my Mom loved her hair. We were so grateful and blessed that she wanted to do this for us. She became a hairstyles for 15 years then she went back to school to get a bachelor degree and now she's a certified RN Nurse but she still have time to do hair. God bless you
