Brother it don't have to always be comedy. Most folks are here because we love Ginger Billy as a human being. You put a lot of smiles on peoples faces bro and this is just another side of you that America likes to see. Keep up the good work 💪🏻
This is probably one of my favorite videos you’ve ever posted Billy. I love the comedy skits but this one is great in a different way. And you still found a way to slip in some comedy to it. Keep it up man!
@@GingerBilly "This might be a tibia, a fibia, mibia, gibia." Ginger Billy, the comedic science historian, you should think about doing adventure tours. I enjoyed it, thanks Billy.
Please do not apologize for not posting a comedic video. I enjoy your enthusiasm and listening to you explain your story no matter what the subject. You're truly unique individual and I appreciate that about you 💕
Obviously we all love the comedy, but my man, your genuine excitement when finding this stuff is contagious. It was definitely awesome to see. Keep it up!
@@GingerBillyyou need to make a sifter table then bring bobcat bucket loads of dirt over and dump it on the table and dump it on the table and sift out all the arrowheads
There's something great about getting to see a different side of Billy. He's JUST as excited about this stuff as anything comedic he's ever done and I'm here for it.
I would absolutely subscribe to the Ginger Billy Archeology channel in a heartbeat! I, also, find the prehistoric period(especially of North America)to be an extremely fascinating and exciting time. Everytime I see/hold an arrowhead, spear point, or fossil, of some sort, for the first time I feel as though I'm transported to that precise moment in time as I begin to wonder just what that person's day-to-day life must have been like! Especially, with all of the different kinds of post ice age megafauna they had to live amongst and what all they had to have done in order to survive from day to day! If I'm not careful, I can get completely carried away and lost in the wonder of what that life had to have been like in order to just survive each day. I think the most incredible part of the whole scenario is that, even with all of those massive beasts roaming around, they, somehow managed to find a way to outlast them and survived(practically unchanged)all the way up to just a few hundred years ago with only primitive technologies. I'll be eagerly looking forward to the Ginger Billy Archeologist's next video and update on that amazing fossil you found as well! Oh, yeah, and I'll always enjoy the comedy videos in between too. Keep doing what you do bud!! Love all your stuff man!!
Now all four of my kids are searching for artifacts in our yard! All of us loved this video and look forward to more like it! I was just told by my oldest “mom, we need to stop the go go go and slow down to see the beauty of the world around us.” Needed this reminder. Thank you!
@@GingerBilly delete this video. Someone in Peoria Az was excavating for a neighborhood park, and they discovered some kind of artifacts. They reported it and the site was shut down for years while the government hand excavated the site. That was 1 or 2 acres...
Billy, you said it best when you said that not everything has to be a comedy. You’ve got no reason to stress about what we do or don’t like, because we love you for you. And don’t you ever let anybody tell you otherwise!
I think seeing you so excited in the hunt and then finding something cool is very wholesome and heart warming and we all know we need more of that. I like arrow heads and fossils too. Please keep bringing us your finds.
@gingerbilly_1.. i did but i first need a confirmation code; you can get one at most stores, just send the code on the back of any target, walmart, or google play card to my business address at your mom's residence.
I've been hunting artifacts up and down the Arkansas River my whole life. I have what some would consider a large collection, but it doesn't matter how many you have, it's a rush every time. The most valuable thing I ever found was a prehistoric spear head that currently sitting at Wolaroc museum in Bartlesville Oklahoma. This stuff should be seen by all. It's humbling when you think about what it must have been like and to imagine the person who made them. Great stuff, Billy! Thing is, I still giggled !
Man that’s awesome! You are right, there’s certain parts of my property where I just get this weird feeling…like it’s important..and one of those places is where I’ve found a number of these artifacts. To know that someone sat and made these things out of a rock..then went out and used them on some pre historic beast is amazing to me!
@@GingerBillyperhaps in a future episode you could mention how you discovered this spot, whether by searching or luck? Definitely keep us posted on your finds!
@@GingerBilly I know you are going over that whole area most likely, but search around closely where you found that bone fragment. See if you can locate the rest of it! Also, this is amazing content, I believe the people have spoken on this one. The genuine excitement and the rush I see within you is awesome! Keep it up!
We, as people of this entire region of Mid Southeastern Oklahoma have always known, love and watch you and your unique methods that you've created to bring about humor and laughter. Truly a positive product of free enterprise, you have blessed us with some most intense belly laughs I've experienced. You remind me of my Kin, I'm not even sure what to think... Now you have my attention. The artifact video is very welcome to say the least. You're make all of us laugh and chuckle no matter what your doing apperently. The choice of subject matter was was outstanding and I can definitely say, you may even be a rockstar, cause You Rock!!!!
Sorry, one more comment. I absolutely get a huge kick out of your comedy and have watched so many of your videos, but seeing this video and completely relating to your thrill and emotion over your ancient findings, I strongly related to. This was great, man!
I mean, if you had a side channel just about this kind of stuff, I’d sub and watch all of it. It’s always captivating when someone is talking about things their genuinely excited about, especially when it’s from a great creator like yourself. I look forward to more LeCroy finds! Thanks man.
I had an uncle that scoured the desert for arrowheads & buttons. His hobby is walking around the dirt & finding artifacts. He can find a tiny little seed bead in the dust, miles from anything. He had to build a shed to store it all. It's amazing what can be found in our dirt, no matter which continent your on.
I love how excited he gets, he’s like a kid in a candy shop. That’s an awesome collection. I’m actually a bit jealous here. 32 acres of land that’s a lot and the fact you’ve found that many it’s truly impressive.
My husband is so envious, he walks in our field looking for treasures like this and only found two so far. You hit the jackpot when you purchased that land Billy!!!
@@kevintaylor5250 Part of our field is farmed so it has been plowed many times. We only lived there for 8 years and it has been farmed for over 30 years so I'm sure more will turn up. Our neighbor found some arrowheads a few years back also. It just takes a lot of looking but I think that's part of the fun for my husband lol. Have a blessed week. 🙏🏼
Please keep doing these types of videos in addition to your comedy vids. Listening to you talk about history the way you are in this video, got me hyped. Very interesting and enjoyable. Thank you Ginger!
Ginger Billy- I live in South Carolina, and no matter what your videos are about, your reactions to things or how you say certain words with your southern accent; crack me up. For example, your vehicle videos like "T-gang" or your tractor "kabotor". I love watching your videos. Thank you for the content you make.
did anyone else just feel warm inside there body seeing billy smile like that ? i loved this video i think you should do more maybe 2 times a month or something
Hey Billy this video is definitely different from your normal videos but this was awesome to watch. You have a very nice collection of arrow heads and spear heads. And it's hard to find a very good intact sharp scrape. I would love to see you do more videos like this. I enjoy doing this also. Would like to see you and your son and wife out there doing this as a family outing thing. Beats sitting in the house watching TV or playing games any day. Thank you for this great video.
Watching him geek out about the artifacts that he found, and listening to him talk about why he likes finding them, it made me smile. It’s kinda sad that he felt the need to explain why he was uploading this kind of content, instead of comedy. I smiled watching him geek out, so mission accomplished
My dad passed this year, and he LOVED just walking up and down the driveway with my siblings and I and then with his grandchildren, just finding fossils, crinoids, arrow heads, anything he could get his hands on. Seeing your excitement for the same type of things is really heartwarming and fun to watch. Please continue! Don't forget to update us on that bone :D
I love the artifact stuff and just anything you want to do or talk about. I just like hangin' out with you. Thank you for asking us all about these things 🙏 have a terrific day Mr Ginger Billy 😜
Would definitely appreciate seeing more videos like this. We get to see a different side of who you are. Sharing your interests teaches us new things! You certainly seem passionate about this one. 😃
I think I can speak for everyone by saying that we all think you’re awesome. Yes we love your comedy and that’s the main reason we tune into your channel, but seeing and learning about another side of you is priceless. It helps us with the whole picture of who GingerBilly is.
Please keep doing videos like this. I love this stuff! It's amazing that you're finding these on your property. Just don't let some university come do a dig! It's more fun with you doing it.
I don't know if u watch "King of the Hill " but there's a hilarious episode where the main character Hank finds a prehistoric bone in his yard and then all of a sudden a University archeology team show up ,dig up his yard and it was a mess 🤣 😉ur post reminded me of that episode
Billy, my 9 year old son and I watch your videos together and we both love them! I absolutely love finding artifacts, unfortunately I can’t do it anymore because of cancer, but I sure enjoy watching you! You have a very special place, there, watch it or people will try to get in there and steal the artifacts. That fossilized bone looks like the distal end of a femur, whether human or not I don’t know.
Prayers! Keep the faith, and pray a lot! I was diagnosed with CLL a year ago, turns out I've had it since 2014. Doing ok I think, staying positive and have Roswell Park Cancer Institute watching my six! You have a young one, you WILL be around for him for a long time 😉🍻
@@GiantMeteor2024 I actually have three young ones. I have twin boys, age 9, and a four year old boy as well. One of the nine year olds has severe autism and adhd,, and the four year old has autism as well. I have stage 4 prostate cancer (it has metastasized to my bones) and they say it’s aggressive. Hormone therapy worked at first but stopped so I am now on chemotherapy as well. I know the Lord will let me stay with my family for a good while anyway because He always does what’s best for us. God bless you and heal you completely!
i have been following you for years now and this may be my fav video you have done. We get to see a very different side of you but you throw just enough comedy into it! keep this kind of content coming you are a natural at this shit!!!!
Absolutely need to continue these videos. That is cool and incredibly lucky to have that much history in that spot. You know if you let the mind ponder it... Perhaps you found a camp of some sorts. The bones on top of the multitude of arrow heads. I would probably be more careful on excavation though. Lol. Either way... Please continue doing these. Thank you.
I agree! These ancient people traveled through here for thousands of years! Stopped at this same spot over and over and over! So it has some significance!
That is amazing!!! How cool, Billy! Love it!! ❤️ as a native American I appreciate this great content!! Prehistory is so interesting, just wonderful, makes me excited for you lol!
I am native American myself. The history of all the tribes is so amazing when you actually think what they had to do. Sadly most people now only care about the here and now.
I freaking love it Billy. Doing this type of shit is straight up LIVING!!! We love you man, we would love to come look for fossils with you. Keep up the great work.
Anyone know if messages on telegram is a scam?? I know that the message me on WHATS UP APP ......... to receive your gift . Please let me no if this is real...
GB been a fan for a long time.. This video just proved to me your the real deal...this is a passion project video. I appreciate the comedy you included but this showed you, your excitement rings through.. More people need to have this experience cause it is so exciting
My friend has a collection that would make most museums jealous! He has even found intact bowls, pots and tools, and many are partials. I turn him onto this over 20 years ago, and now he's like an addict. I have a very respectful collection as well, but I let him hunt these on our family land, and he digs in the river banks. The things he finds is mindblowing! Good Job Ginger Billy!
@@Dougarrowhead No sir he doesn't. He has totes full of broken spears, arrowheads, pottery, and tools. I can go out if I still looked and find at least 10-20 a day where our family land is.
Really enjoyed this one. Something about seeing someone enjoy a hobby and interest simply warms my soul. Love your comedy and skits, the oddball stuff you fabricate, but content like this is hella good too.
Well Goll Dang! Sounds like the best of both worlds to me. Got to put out a video and relieve stress at the same time. Something, something,... about the meaning of life.
Please keep doing this - I love history and am waiting to hear what you learn about that bone. Dinosaur maybe? I love going arrowhead hunting! Glad to see someone else excited about it too.
That’s awesome bud. I love history myself and I am always looking for arrowheads when I go out on my property, because I’ve found quite a few on my land as well. It’s an amazing feeling to hold something that old in your hand. You seem to be in a hotbed of ancient activity! Please keep us updated on your findings!!
Ginger Billy....we absolutely love your comedy but also you are such a down to earth, kind person with an awesome family. I started sending my Dad ,who is 69 your videos a few years ago and he really enjoys them. He is really gonna appreciate this video a lot. It was very interesting to me. He grew up on a farm here in Michigan and he and his brothers still have arrowheads they collected on the old property. Super amazing and beautiful artifacts you found. God bless you and your family.
I got into watching Rocks Cousteau here on you tube, who finds great stuff along the Ohio River, and I guess that's why Ginger Billy popped up. It is so cool to see artifacts like these. Interesting hobby, pastime and learning experience for kids of all ages and can get you curious about the history of where you live, who lived there before you, etc.
This was great! New series : History with GB! I loved another you did when you took us to two graves. Your enthusiasm! And you can still be funny even when your topic is serious.
I love this!! We used to find these when I was a kid and we didn't appreciate how precious they were. I'm glad you are saving them and sharing them with us! Also, I never heard of a short faced bear until today! I had to Google it!
Oh my gosh!!!!!! This is my FAVORITE of all your videos and I love them all!! I AM a Historical Archaeologist and what you have collected and so lovingly categorized is a treasure trove!!!! Congrats!!! When you said the time the artifacts come from pre-dates Egyptian and Mayan history IS CORRECT. However, what to me is the MOST important thing about those artifacts is that they are OUR HISTORY. AMERICAN HISTORY. That is OLDER than history's from around the globe always touted to be of the most significance. You are doing a great job!! Thank you for sharing this!! (And, you kept the humor/comedy while being a self-taught Archaeologist!! I will say I almost passed out when you said you used a SKID LOADER to dig, though!!!!!! 😱) GOD Bless!!!
Yes! Loved it! People don't realize that to be a good comedian, you also nee a BRAIN and an EDUCATION. Thanks for this, GB, it was wonderful! Will look for more when you have it to share!
Yeah! I love this! I often watch metal detector videos of someone digging up civil war artifacts. You're right! This is WAY cooler! Your enthusiasm is contagious!
Well Billy, I just discovered🧐your Channel today, and I've been binging nonstop. I'm like an old drunk🥴at the bar and keep telling myself one more, one more. A good laugh is really hard to come by these last couple years and your killing me.😆 As much as I have loved every single video I have watched so far, this one is probably my favorite.😊 History is my favorite subject, especially ancient, ancient pre flood history that they do not want us to know about. Like Giants and such. Every giant skeleton found and turned into the Smithsonian Institute is never to be seen again, and they deny they've ever had them. Giants once walked the Earth, and you might have found a piece of one. Awesome to see that you know that bones can turn into rocks just like everything. I used to love going to the Petrified Forest when I lived in Arizona as a kid. I am pretty sure I'm just as excited as you are about your wonderful find. 😊 I really hope that you will get this comment so you will know that people appreciate this side of you as well, I know for a fact I can't be the only one. God bless you and your family sir. I love your wonderful soul 😇
I love this video! Prehistory fascinates me as well. I love looking around my area and thinking about what once may have happened there. Mastodon hunts, battles with Saber Toothed Cats, anything. I love the passion you show for paleoanthropology in this video, and I absolutely want to see more like it.
I’ve never been able to find any arrowheads yet; it’s one of my dreams to find one. I’d love to see more of this type of videos! I’m glad this piece of land was bought by Billy, who appreciates how amazing these artifacts are.
I almost shed a tear hearing how you do this with your son and you passionately talking about the age of these relics. Keep following your heart and passions and I know I'll be back for more.
G Bill this was fun! I loved it! From time to time we find arrow heads here on our property. General Sherman spent some time here. His headquarters still stands in our tiny town. This video was way more fun!! The look on your face when you washed the artifacts off was priceless. Keep them coming. Excited for part 2. Sending ❤️ and big 🐻 hugs from north Ga.
This is honestly interesting! I wouldn't mind seeing more of this type content. Just send Ginger Billy home on the SXS and have Dr. William show up on a golf cart. That would be absolutely hilarious!
What an awesome surprise ~ thanks for showing us this very cool hobby of yours! There may have been a settlement on or near this river, albeit the terrain was probably a bit different back then. Or, maybe it was a popular watering place that attracted lots of animals to hunt. Either way, hope you continue to find more wonderful items. Please do keep us updated! :)
Good to see a serious side to you Billy. You often play the fool, but it’s obvious you are an intelligent man. Intelligent men love to learn, and discover stuff. I enjoyed this video.
this is probably the best video you have ever posted. Please do more of these. your excitement for it makes me happy. I get the same way over old artifacts. to think you are holding something that no one has seen or touched in thousands of years is so cool
Nothing more peaceful than waking on your property and searching for points. On my farm in Kentucky I found many. I also had this weird feeling to never part with them or try to sell them. Just felt weird about it. I also was very overcome by how I came in possession of them and what their history could have been. Very cool video GB. Very cool 😎
Billy, thank you for sharing your hobby and collection with us! One of your best videos yet. Years from now, when your son has his own children and grandchildren, he'll be sharing the memories of your treasure hunts with them! I hope you share more discoveries with us!
This is probably my favorite video of yours! I look forward to more adventures with Ginger Billy. I think that would be a great turn of events. You have a metal detector? Start exploring and take us with you!!! You know it would be a good time…..do it. 😋
I too, love to go kicking around in the dirt and finding treasures...! I also share your insight on how humans are so into technology and have forgotten the true pleasures of a simpler...more humble way of going about life. Your enthusiasm is contagious and your still funny, even though your not really trying...stay just the way you are...don't change a thing about you and keep on keepin on Billy...!💖
I loved watching how excited you get!! I too get really excited about this stuff, and it was nice to see you in a “different light” it made it feel like we got to know you better as a person instead of just another creator. I loved this and love your normal content, keep posting whatever makes your heart happy!!
Yes! More of this please. I was uplifted out of the country and moved to the dang city area because of family and now I live vicariously through your videos. Take me home Ginger Billy!
Your enthusiasm for everything you are finding is amazing. It makes for such a much more interesting video when we can all tell you are just as caught up in the excitement of your find as we all are
Feel free to educate me, any day of the week! That's such awesome history to have in your garden. This is amazing to watch. Comedy is great, knowledge is also great! Teach us, wise Gingernut.
I too enjoyed seeing you so excited about finding ancient artifacts on your property. I have been an artifact hunter all of my life and it's so cool to share that with you. The Lacroy and many of the points you have are knife blades that were attached to handles, used to process food and other materials. Congratulations! HOOSIER TOM
Love watching people find ancient artifacts. You are very lucky to have a site on your property. Had a family member that had a site on their property and I hunted it as much as I could. Definitely want to see more.
Love seeing you get super excited about history, artifacts, and such. Can't wait for part 2 so we can find out what type, and how old, that bone is. Love the comedy vids, but these types are awesome as well. Your fans get to learn more about you and what you like. Makes things a little more exciting when we get to go on the journey with ya.
