Love what you said about working out!! It’s so so important to just move for even 10 minutes like you said ESPECIALLY when we are all at home sitting down and working all day. It always feels so good to just move around a little!

I am enjoying vlogmas, but honestly I feel like I can never catch up with videos in my subscriptions. It's almost content overload and sometimes it is just too much, but I do enjoy watching the vlogs and everything. Love your videos!

So refreshing to hear RU-vid say they won't film a video because you just dont want to. Sometimes u just dont want to do shit and that's ok. No explanation required. On a side note, hope the house reno is going well.

as a viewer, vlogmas is so overwhelming to see on my feed esp since I'm subscribed to a lot of creators. i've had to unsub from a few channels because my sub box was so cluttered that i'm not even seeing when my faves upload lmao. On the bright side, i have found new creators and i guess watching their vlogmas is a good way to get to 'know' them

I really like it when people do vlogmas in chunks, like days 1-4, 5-9, etc. the vlogs end up being a good length and interesting to watch because there’s several days of content

I personally love how intentional your vlogs feel! And I love that you talk about how vlogmas really is and your take on it. Before this I never really thought about how it might be too much of an overload during such a busy time of the year!

Finally someone said it! I feel like it’s an unpopular opinion but I am with you that I don’t love vlogmas. It has always burnt RU-vidrs out unnecessarily and I feel like this year especially it’s just...it’s not the vibe. People’s content gets so repetitive and either boring (staying in like they’re supposed to because they live in a COVID heavy area) or they force going out and I’m like 🥴 that’s not good to be doing / condoning. Plus so many YTers have mentioned their motivation to do it is how much money they make from it which kinda puts a damper on it as well.

I totally agree about the vlogmas stuff, especially for people who aren’t in school + the pandemic, everyone is doing the same thing everyday and it’s hard to keep up with watching everyone’s daily vlogs. For me, I’m just home and working everyday which is not interesting for vlogs I feel hahaha 😅

I tried really hard to complete vlogmas this year, I got overwhelmed by day 10. I work 40 hours at my irl job and trying to make content that I thought was good enough quality, while trying to edit the videos to my liking and not be sleep depreived/stressed to the max was literally impossible. im switching back to my normal schedule (weekly vlogs uploaded on thursdays and more "sit down videos" uploaded on mondays) and im happy to get back to that schedule. I also noticed my videos getting ALOT less views than normal and that kinda bummed me out but I feel like its just because peoples subscription boxes are SO FULL rn. anyway, yeah lol

I really hate the quality of the footage - it annoys the crap out of me that the best quality is 720p and Not 1080p HD. That makes me really not want to watch the video, because the quality is SO BAD!
