30 gr. Roast (1/4 cup) (1 ounce) peanuts in a pan.
Chop with a knife.
Form into balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Press with your hand.
Decorate with nuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 7-8 minutes.

100 gr. (1 cup) (oz) whole grain cereal.
Add water.
Let the oatmeal rest for 5 minutes.
