Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml of milk (or approximately 60-65 ml per egg)
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper (optional)
Tips and notes:

No only is this not an omelette, but I might go so far as to say that calling this an omelette is whitewashing a traditional Chinese recipe. Also, you'll get a smoother texture if you use more indirect heat, try propping up your ramekin.

So, the "best way to make an omelet" is to... not make an omelet? That's just a steamed egg. Omelet's, by definition, are typically folded, include cheese, and optionally other fillings. This is just a steamed egg. Which, look, if that's how you like your eggs, all the power to you, but don't call it something it isn't.

why would this be dangerous? i mean i dont think it would taste that good. but you could definitely eat this if you wanna lose weight. and need to use less oil or something.

@@meijimashi7271 Cooking eggs like this causes e coli bacteria to accumulate rapidly inside the center of the egg. You can look up what that type of bacteria can do when exposed to a human body. See how 'foamy' the egg is? That's the reason why.
