This is a Visual Short Poem Written, Directed, and Filmed by myself....
it is about the luxuries and the grace we SHOULD give to humanity when it comes to depression, anxiety, mental health, and our earthly woes--
and how we have to be able to cultivate a space in which people can crash down, fall apart, feel as if they are nothing, be ashamed for it--and then they can rise again like the oceans waves do...
