There might be something you can change in your diet to get rid of your eczema. Drinking enough water, cutting out refined sugars and dairy , generally eating more fresh fruit and veg.

Look into CBD oil. It has helped family members tremendously..almost to the point where it’s almost gone. No flair ups

For lips some offices can inject local anethesia, like they do at dental offices for things like pulling teeth etc, to fully numb the lip area.

I periodically get under eye bags for a few weeks or months but then they’ll disappear all of a sudden. I figured out it’s my diet. I started taking a hair, skin, and nails vitamin supplement, taking collagen peptides, drinking more water, and eating a lot of healthy fats like avocado, fish, nuts, extra virgin olive oil, etc, and getting more sleep. If I’m doing these things, I have zero bags under my eyes.

As far as waking up in the morning, (I wake up at 4am every day) put your phone on the charger on the other side of the room. Make sure you alarm is smoothing (like running water, birds chirping) . I use to set my phone in the bathroom so I can see how crazy I looked in the morning and start my morning routine with washing my face
