Hi Everyone! Today, I went house hunting for the first time! My lease is up on my apartment and I’m hoping to find the perfect house to move into. I also vlogged as I was filming a video about me thrifting lol oh.. and I almost hit someone coming into the parking lot then he proceeded to flirt with me.. A HOT MESS. The last thing I did was go to my cousin Amber, to get waxed. It was a really chill day.. I hope you guys enjoy the vlog!

Girl I’m like that too I’m not bout to pay somebody’s mortgage and then some even though technically right now I am because we’re renting but I’m saving to buy a home I’m such a practical person I feel like no matter how much money I have I’ll never spend a certain way especially to look a certain way I don’t care what people think thy bad

I agree with you, I just moved into my apartment and I’ll probably be here a couple years and then I’ll buy a house. I was looking into renting one but it is not worth it to me if I don’t own it. I’m not necessarily cheap but I don’t like spending I like spending my money more activities. Like vacations, going out with friends, massages, etc. I feel like cars are depreciating assets and if something happens to luxury cars I don’t want to have to pay that much in maintenance.

Maybe you should consider Lithonia area its not far from Atlanta. I live in Gwinnett and the price for rent is great but depending where you are in Gwinnett you could be far from the city about 40 minutes. I know Lithonia has some great rent prices for newly built houses.

Girl, buying a house could be a good financial decision depending on the down payment you have to put down on the house and what the mortgage would work out to. You should look into it, you could always sell or rent out the house once you’re ready to move and establish real estate

Girl!!!! Get you a town house... buy!!! 3,000 is a lot for a rental home when you can have a mortgage for less than that amount. I have a 5 bedroom 4 bath home and my mortgage is a bit over a 1,400.00
