I finally played the original Bendy 

In defense of the twitch prediction, the writing in the game did literally say "It's time to believe", so honestly it's on the doubters for not following directions

I love that Spiff’s initial instinct after grabbing the pipe was to smack Boris with it

I love how no matter what kinda shit Spiff plays, he ALWAYS messes around with the game. Not even 5 minutes into the video and he's trying to give the Bendy cutout a nose. Certified Spigg moment.

Boris must hate Spiff as the protagonist. He constantly hits him with a pipe that he himself gave to him and he calls him by some random guy’s name.

If you hit the projectonist (the guy with the projector for a head) on the back, when he doesn't know you're there, it can stun him. If it does, you hit him multiple times, then run circles around him, hitting him. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The projectionist used to only take 20 hits, but because everyone thought it was easier to kill him than run around without him nearby, they updated him to be stronger, faster, and have almost 4x the health.

"Too bad the canon is wrong." This is going to become my entire lifestyle.

bruh, seeing this game after so long just reminded me that they did absolutely fuck all with Bendy as an antagonist. He just pops up once in a while to ohko you or herd you to a section of the map. And yet, I can see that from his few appearances, he has a shred of personality, in how he openly acknowledges where Henry is hiding but decides to simply scare the shit out of him rather than kill him outright. Fr if they made him more of a dormant threat that becomes more active as the chapters went on, it coulda been an interesting dynamic. Hell, if they'd stuck to the damn model he'd at least be as short as his animated self.

This game is great aesthetically, but the story and gameplay make it clear that the dev team wasn't really all that experienced making a horror game. From the absolute masterpiece that is subnautica to the.. Whatever's bendy ended up being. quite a swing in games

Bendy is like breaking bad. Season one introduces the character and gives a short but sweet impression of what is to come. Season 2 begins to build out some of the other story beats and bring in some fan favorite characters and tease at what is to come. Season 3 finds our protagonist in a good relationship with his boss but nothing is on his terms. Season four has our protagonist working against his boss which will lead to their bosses ultimate demise. Season 5 raps up the character as they come to conclusions about themselves and tie up loose ends.

So glad to see you playing this!! Don't know how you stay so calm in your videos lol, I've always loved this game; holds a special place in my childhood. Hehe time to let my friends know so they can fangirl over the game again

Looking back on this game, it's alright. That's just it, alright. There are no significant bugs (as of the final release), the story is pretty easy to follow, and the voice acting and scenery are of nice quality. But the fifth chapter story-wise feels really rushed. Similar to how someone puts too much information in the last body paragraph of an essay, just to fit everything in for the word count. And also, as you said, the gameplay is short and repetitive. They even tried to remedy the short playtime with even more repetitive filler gameplay. Anyway, really excited to see what this new game has in store. So far, with the trailer and all, it looks to be a massive step up from the original.

Can I just say, it is possible to get the tommy gun, but you have to kill 3 bosses, and get to the gun, without dying once. (You have to find them throughout the third chapter. Most people never found two. They are the ones with hats.)

Ayo, Spiff my man, if you go through the entire game without dying (or just start at chapter select and put chapter 3) just don’t die, the little ink in the machine room with the toy bookshelves needs to be the ink machine, pick the demon path, and if you don’t die for all of chapter three you can pick up the tommy gun and kill the projectionist easily.
