Like the house and the layout, and landscaping is fairly easy to change for those who want more greenery. I'm not a huge fan of the placement of the home on the lot though, as it precludes the option of a pool on the ocean side. Even ten feet further back would have left the option open, with only a small lava rock retaining wall being possibly necessary to preserve driveway width.
Add some sort of swim/spa tub? Add solar PV. I would consider changing the tub out from the shower to a step in spa tub? Add some sort of out door bar be Que?
Great home! The designer of this property did an excellent job of orienting everything exactly where it should be! I wouldn't change a thing on the inside of this home. Thanks for the video!
My faves: 1. New construction, 2. Wood floors, 3. Tall doors/high ceilings. 4. The tub/shower in the master with the shower faucet outside of the spray zone. Another fun video - thank you! ...PS: Only 10 minutes to the airport too. 😀
I wonder why they did not take full advantage of the lot size and extend the foot print of the house to increase the living and dining room, it’s kinda small, nicely done in general but no pool or hot tub is disappointing.
