I really believe in people able to pay dollars for what they want cuz they got it but in my case the $3500 I'd rather have a house. 1,000 more than I expected

This is hot! 🔥 It would be great if these were available to purchase as a condo. A unique type of rental that you don't find often in the States. Where you have a separate living space and store front. A good business could offset the rental rate. Is this a NNN lease?

Greetings all. I enjoyed the tour as always. I estimated this townhouse being priced a t around 2,900.. wasn't far off.. However, given the area and all... and today's market,is about what I expected. I wouldn't mind a lil more amenities for the price ,although... nice. Thanks again.. and Happy Hoildays too everyone!

I live in this community. I have one of the front townhouses. Very high HOA and we have lots of problems with the community and crackheads next door at the motels. Wouldn’t recommend. Lots of us are moving out and regret. One of the problem people is the person he spoke to.

It's all beautiful and gorgeous, curious on how long it will last during these times. Please people, just wait it out until prices are low. Don't rent or buy anything until it bottoms out. Prices are dropping quick on rentals, especially commercial buildings. Save your 💰

Nice tour Big Super I knew exactly where that was before even clicking the thumbnail. I live down the block and love those modern townhomes. Its a great area, low crime/lots of amenities! Smart move with the dog, everyone says their dog is nice until it bites you and then it turns to "he's never done this before" Keep cranking out the good content!

Big super I think it's really nice the townhouse but $3,500 a month rent I think I'd rather be just buying a house that's the house note for a half a million dollar house and build a business there

Personally i don’t want my home located that close to work i enjoy the separation. Given today’s disrespectful prices that seems about right but back in the day it was easily a good $2000-$2500 lol those were the days

This would be a great deal for a entrepreneur. To have a business downstairs that could make you thousands a month if u advertise & market it correctly is limitless. If you're a single person you could always rent the other bedroom to cut the cost. This is a great deal.

Old lady rant incoming: I can't believe how incredibly high the price of housing is now. A quick Google search brings up a rent calculator that says that you have to make over 130 k to be able to afford that. Wages have not gone up that much here. Another quick Google says the average household income in Chandler is about 112 and the median is about 86. So half of Chandler is nowhere near affording that. How are people supposed to live? I also can't believe that I'm old enough to have these thoughts and be excited about things like new appliances and good weather.

Wow. Big Super this is the best place you have shown by far. I absolutely love it and would move in there for 3500 in a hot second if I lived and worked in AZ. Everything is so perfectly laid out. The store is amazing and to be able to live onsite as a business owner would be crucial. The location seems peaceful. LOVE IT! and you could even rent out the store front of vice versa. Love it love it love it.

I thought would have been closer to 4K a month. I don't know what kind of business that would allow you to live above it other than something like a beauty salon or barbershop but that back room would be a tight fit with anything more than a couple of chairs.

Mr. Big Super Living in Arizona, Excellent home tour as always! This is a nice concept business downstairs and house upstairs... I used to work at the company you named for about 14 years. I hated it. I just continued to work there because some of my friends work there. I have a house not far from there, but it's across i-10 on the Ahwatukee side and not the Chandler side. You're a brave one that dog was pretty big! The price is good if it includes the business and Living area for that price. Thanks for the excellent content!

I would never spend that much in Chandler on that and I currently live in Chandler.I get 2 bdrms and 2bths for less than that and a huge master bathroom. I’ll tell you it’s overpriced but because if the location is why, I’m fright off the 101 walking distance from the Fashion District and a host of other Great Restaurants and minutes away from the 10 as well.

Lol what’s the odds of this being in my TL? Hey everyone so many know me by this, I had the corner house and it was building for over 6months from my move in date. I am a hair stylist and I went from making 6 figures to not sure when the next time I was going to get another head due to COVID. I am an influencer/ serial preneur and I love it. I had to heal from losing this place. We closed the end of January of this year and it was supposed to be done in 2020/2021. I finally told my story and that’s when Instagram started paying me. I was homeless for a year waiting on these to build. I haven’t fully watched this yet but just had to say love love love, I used to couldn’t drive pass because it was no longer mine. Good luck and you’ll be great! I really cannot believe I came across this.

It a nice place but I always look at the kitchen and wonder where they store their food there is only enough cabinet space there for dishware and pots and pans. I hate small kitchens. That's where I spend most of my time.

That was scary with that dog. People need to keep their dogs on leashes. Seems like it would be a good business front for massage therapist, maybe a lawyer something like that. Don't think it would be a food service type of business. Hopefully also there's a cut off between the business and your home. If it got burglarized it could affect your livelihood and home right at the same time.
