@@jonathannorfolk5754 I mean can they actually put on a decent match Like punk can’t throw McIntyre around he’s too big so drew should easily squash fragile phil
@@NigelG59 I know what you mean. That backstage footage of him from Clash trying to get a ref shirt, he looked so damn skinny. That said, most of the stuff they do, it isn't one person doing all of the work, so it _should_ be OK? Guess it will depend on what Punk is up for and how much he has been practicing. There was a really funny moment I remember when Rey Mysterio was kicking out from under Gunther and rolling away, and maybe the timing was off but you could clearly see Gunther throwing Rey out of the pin. It was pretty funny.
Pretty embarrassing how they continuously kept telling us how McIntyre was in his home country, in Cardiff. Only to actually have a PLE in his own country a year later.
To be fair, I think the popularity of the Cardiff event exceeded expectations, and is what even made Clash this year in Scotland possible. For all anyone knew, that was as close to a hometown crowd as he was going to get at the time.
I hope he is getting a lot of money because WWE will NOT push him for a real title run. Clearly he SHOULDVE won at that last ppv in his hometown!! All he is for is to Boost CM Punk because it's CLEAR af he WILL be scripted to lose vs punk....so that eventually the match they *WWE* will push for will be CM Punk vs Cody Rhodes sighs 😕 🤦🤷
Drew & roman were the top guys since 2020-2023. Until Cody returned to wwe in april 2022, wrestled 2 months, then was injured until january 2023 where he won the royal rumble at entrance 30😂 Drew was replaced for Cody just like that.
Exactly. Look I’m not saying he’s not good, just saying that outside of Scotland he’s not THE guy. They tried to force it in 2020 and have him beat Brock but the COVID WRESTLEMANIA pissed on Drew Macintyre’s campfire and that’s as far as he’s going boys and girls.
