You should definitely get a facial spin brush, It will change your life lol! You realize how much your hands can't get and it minimizes pores and gets deep down in there. Exfoliating once or twice a week, a great serum and most important toning with ACV/distilled (or spring) water it helps with dark spot and pimples. Your face looks amazing tho!

Dakotah Perkins try accutane, it works from within. A peel is just topical. I used to have had acne on my face, back and chest and textured skin. It cleared it all up.

Dakotah...before you consider a peel, start with CerVe’s RESURFACING RETINOL! Use the face wash and moisturizer all from same brand. Your skin will change! www.cerave.com. Go to the site and read about each to choose what is best. Best EVER! Also, look into AZTEC BENTONITE CLAY POWDER. Good luck my dear. I know it can be tough at that age as I had issues on both my face and back and ever since have been caring for my skin. Now I’m almost 50 and sometimes STILL GET ZITS! Make sure you never combine salicycic acids and Retinols at the same time.

I used exposed skin care. They also have products for acne on back and chest. I put some on my arms too bcuz I used to get kp there. It might break u out at first but that just means that it’s pushing out impurities. I have eczema and I don’t eat peanuts anymore. Plus I’m vegan and gluten free. My diet helped me a lot. Also use prebiotics and probiotics (use both together) for your gut Health. This company called “seed” has some that I want to try. Please research what foods make your acne worse. Also “stacked skin care” has amazing skin peels for hyper-pigmentation. I’m 33 and since my teens this is the first my skin has been acne free.

What I love about you showing this process is how it brought your skin back to it's original complexion (or the complexion it should be). As I look at your ears in the beginning shots, before the peel process they were much lighter than the rest of your fact. After the process, your face, neck and ears were all the same color. nailwitch87 just use baking soda finely ground coffee mixed into a scrub. Much cheaper and extremely effective ! Mix together with a cleanser to clean and then do a second round with a rosehip oil or grapeseed oil rinse with cool water, apply a toner. Then use a little more oil and rub your skin with an ice cube to seal it up 🖤

G Nickson actually there's a huge debate on that because it can become acidic when combined with other ingredients. (chemistry.stackexchange.com/questions/72775/can-sodium-bicarbonate-be-considered-an-acid) It's also a 9 (not sure where you got 7) on the scale while your skin is a 5.5! aunaturalegeezy me too but my skin is so sensitive like one time I used a moisturizer and my skin was on FIRE! I had hyperpigmentation around my mouth for weeks, saw a dermatologist and got medication that also made it burn but helped. I learned that I can't put a lot of things on my skin literally just water and a very mild lotion in my dry areas. Skin still needs some rejuvenation but I'm scared

The Chemical peel they used on her was a blend of three Actives Retin-A, Salicylic Acid (a BHA Exfoliate) and Vitamin C. You could also try using Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) Exfoliating Products; make sure the PH of the product is low enough for it to be effective (about 3-4). All four actives can be purchase over counter, except Retin-A at higher concentrations. Make sure to always use sun block when using any actives.

Some even pick the skin off which then gets me screaming. I also appreciate the comments others have made. Now I feel more ready for my own chemical peel in a few weeks.

There was no pain just an annoying itchy feeling but that goes away once you put the anti itch cream on

Night Angel Don't worry, no one really cares from my experience lol. Now I work with kids though so they're a little put off by it but once I explain it to them they don't care anymore lmao... same with my peers or coworkers, I'll just tell them I had a peel so ignore my skin looking like it's falling off haha.

Night Angel Also the only pain is the initial peel being applied. It burns for like a minute or two and then that's it. The process after the treatment is like above said, more annoying than anything else.
