I've been rewatching Poof's older videos (his Tomodachi Life is still peak fiction, he'll probably never return to it but if he ever does he should import a European copy for his 3DS and start a new island there since he liked the voices in the original series better, he adressed the 3DS being region-locked but that can be worked around by him modding it or something) and it's crazy how between his new and old videos almost nothing's changed, you could watch a video from 3 years ago and it would still feel just like a new upload and get tons of enjoyment out of it.
3:40 To quote AstralSpiff and the wise words he heard from the Dark-Souls community: _"The only good runs you'll ever have are the first one and the last one."_ (For the runs you fully complete, anyway.)
Congratulations to Poofesure on getting a platinum medal on the swing control event for Baseball. An amazing sport and congratulations to Poofesure on 2.47 million subscribers.

@@zelgiusthebrave1401it kinda is. A speedrun doesn’t necessarily mean to be fast, it’s just doing it as fast as you can. I’d argue he’s doing this is a quickly as he possibly can.
@@Fetidaf Dude, a speedrun is not just trying to do something fast. It is one continuously recorded segment, where you attempt to achieve the set goal. He would need to achieve his goal in one, unbroken, recording. By nature of these videos being different recordings, they would not qualify as a speedrun. The only ones that could technically count are the videos where he starts and achieves a platinum in the same video. However, to be qualified as a speedrun, he would need to post the unedited footage. No serious speedrun community would verify these as speedruns.
@@zelgiusthebrave1401 literally the definition of speedrun: “complete (a video game, or level of a game) as fast as possible.” As a verb and as a noun: “an instance of completing a video game, or level of a game, as fast as possible.” Is he completing this as fast as he possibly can? I’d say he is… therefore: speedrun.
I think there's a bunt detection system where if you don't hit it far enough it'll just not count it, it also *tries* to count it out when you hit a foul, but it's very inconsistent
