As soon as the words “Love Hotel” left Connor’s mouth, Chris’s demeanor went from perfectly fine to “kill me now” in 2.5 seconds flat.

As en ex love hotel manager. The hair clearly means they reused blankets. Well, in fact some couples only use a room for 20 mins quick sex. And like my former boss he allowed to reuse bedding. That is because he want to squeeze more profit. Which is unnecessary. The problem with cleanliness also easily fix with high performance tools. The cleaning machine and weekly schedule thoroughly checkups. But as a person who never wished to do this kind of job. It’s disturbing every time i saw blood stained and human excretion. While it’s easy to clean up. Its more about mental imagery while cleaning that bothered my staff the most. It often dirty and unimaginable. Well, it need someone with right attitude to take care of the love hotel for it to be pristine. I never undertand why people have sex and found blood stain everywhere in the room :( and i prefer not to know. Sometimes i heard prostitutes screaming in pain loudly. But my boss did not allow me to interfere them. One of my customers suggested installing emergency ring button inside the room. But my boss never agree to do so.

I just can’t stop watching this travel couple, they’re so chaotic and wholesome. The romance really is real.

NGL it's pretty upsetting that in this day and age, hotels in Japan are still discriminating against same sex couples. If this kind of discrimination is supposed to be illegal, I hope you report them to the authorities for it. It's really not okay. To be honest it gives me second thoughts about vacationing in Japan with my partner if that's the kind of treatment we can expect.

My issue with this is that it clearly just targets gay men. I've seen the multiple videos from Tokyo Creative where four girls had no issue booking a room together. In fact it seemed like the love hotel encouraged get togethers for groups of women. I know there's probably other reasons why it's much easier for girls to get rooms together but it definitely just seems like they thinksex is the only reason two men would want to share a room.

Frankly I kinda feel like they should be putting these hotels on blast. If they are breaking the law they are well within their right to report it. Honestly even if they aren't putting the names out publicly so that we can avoid them, I hope they are at least reporting the to the local gov. Seeing Connor having to dress as a woman to enter a love hotel with Chris makes me want a romcom with two Japanese guys who are going to a convention or traveling on a holiday and all the hotels are booked up except for the love hotels so one of them has to dress up as a girl but, uh oh, he’s pretty hot as a girl and the other guy starts catching feelings 😂

If we will ever get another love hotel episode it would be cool to visit an old hotel that rejected you and try either the wig camouflage OR asking 2 girl friends to enter and see if the hotels reject girls couple like they do with boys.

Connor, I'd recommend finding where you can report hotels that reject you guys. It is illegal for any hotels, even love hotel variety, to reject any couple based on their sexuality and other traits. This has been illegal since 2018 and people need to report hotels when they get discriminated so these hotels will get the idea they can't instead of business as usual.

Connor really does just have an obsession with touring love hotels. I think this is the one thing he would still do even if it wasn’t for content.
