Flynn hasn't stopped asking for a snake since Jeffrey left our house! 😂 Thanks to Critter quad for filling my house with adorable, creepy, stinky animals! Check out their website if you want them to do the same for you! www.crittersquad.com
I have a ball python! They are seriously sweet, great for kids my 5&3 year old love ours, low maintenance LOL and they even love defrosting her rat and feeding her haha.
@@kerristariha2664 kids need more time to fully get what you are saying so speaking like this while presenting them with A LOT of new information will help Flynn understand and grasp much more of it than if he were to speed through it all.
The confidence you have instilled in Flynn makes my heart swell. I wish I had gotten that from my parents and more babies need that. Hearing him say "Be brave, Mom" is so indicative of the resilience y'all have passed onto him. It's truly a beautiful thing.
I was struck by how curious he was. And how courageous. But 'confidence' is the perfect word. And yes, it is something mom & dad passed onto him. "Be brave, mom."
I love how gentle Flynn is with all the animals he comes in contact with. It's really a testament to Colleen and Erik's parenting. Seriously this is the childhood all kids deserve 💕
my favorite thing that flynn said was " or we can just go to his house" and then when collen said " ya sure we can just show up to his house" just made my day!!!
As someone who owns reptiles and who has seen a lot of kids meet reptiles, Flynn was a star. So good, no fear, but also not rushing. I love this video so much.
Eric trying to do the "everythings fine" face with the spider, for Flynn had me crying with laughter. What an amazing experience. You guys are the best parents.
8:18 "Mom be BRAVE!" I totally agree with Flynn. Plus I could never do that, and just by you doing that is giving a huge memory to your kids that they'll never forget.
Colleen, As someone who came from an abusive household where my parents were negligent and callous- it makes me so unbelievably happy that you're such an amazing mom to Flynn, and the twins. Thank you for putting your parenting skills out into the world and creating and raising such wonderful human beings. It gives me hope. Love you oodles and bunches, girl. Keep doing what you're doing.
i also came from an abusive family. not so much physically but definitely verbally and emotionally. it makes me happy too that flynn has such caring parents. especially the fact that hes gonna have all this videos to look back on :)
Everything about this was so cute! Flynn "haha she's a cat" "how many legs?" "So many" lol the way Erik looks so excited looking back at his son being stoked about something is so heartwarming. I love that you conquered your fears and now enjoy bugs and reptiles with Flynn it's like it was all meant to be. The amount of times I wanted a snake and my mom wouldn't allow it because her own fears got in the way, love that you allow Flynn to have his hobbies and interests do freely
As a ball python owner myself, thank you for introducing one to your kiddos! They are wonderful animals 🖤 they have such a negative reputation but they are just misunderstood danger noodles 😝
They are truly the best! My brother and I just started breeding them and had our first ever clutch hatch just recently! Such a cool experience! Feel free to check out our Instagram if you want! :D @jnsreptiles
Jeffrey from the critter squad seems like such a cool dude! The way he explained everything to Flynn and how calm he was so nice to see. The world needs more Jeffrey’s!
I love how respectful flynn is of the animals space, stepping back and waiting to be invited into their space by their owner 🥰🥰 Thats so important both for flynns safety and the animals, and shows such a caring and understanding personality on flynns part ^-^
You should make "Midnight Cookie Club" merch! Love watching your little family grow and seeing the little ones have such big personalities Much love from Missouri
I have a phobia of snakes, but the guy's delivery was so soft, warm, and soothing that even I thought Lemon Drop was adorable. The Irwins have a similar affect, but they are so much more hyper. Also, poor guy is a rescue! Who leaves an animal in a house by itself for a new owner to find?!!!!
I have pet snakes and I can say they're amazing especially the ball python for little ones because they're fairly lazy when corn snakes are alot more active. This made me smile lol
I love this zoo guy. He was awesome with Flynn. Flynn was so adorable. He was in heaven the entire time. COLLEEN! I can't believe you actually touched any of the animals. I am so proud of you!!! Erik was cracking me up. Loved this vlog. Flynn's reactions were priceless.
Jeffrey did such an amazing job explaining everything to Flynn! So cool to see how Flynn has grown and can now comprehends sooo much! Awesome video, Colleen!💗
Dudeee I say this a lot at least to myself when I watch but Maisy is going to do something with film. She looooves being on camera so much. You can see her light up at it. Also this was such a sweet and fun video 💕🥹
I hope one day he gets to go to the Australian zoo and meet the Irwin’s! My late brother who loved animals went for his make a wish and he loved it! He even brought home a bearded dragon and named him Irwin! Flynn would be so cute meeting all the animals.
I've always wanted a boop noodle! They're such great pets and so cute! My biology teacher had one that he let me hold during class every day. Loved that little guy 💛
No clue why this video made me cry, I’ve watched you since your “past life” and seeing how much of an amazing fun and cool mum you are is honestly so warming to the heart.
My cheeks hurt from smiling all big while Flynn plays with the animals! I love snakes and seeing his smile with that snake necklace made my heart just melt!
That was so cool! Flynn has no fear at all! That tarantula, i would´ve freaked out. Luv the bearded dragon, had those when i was younger. And the hedgehog was so cute! 😍
I used to take my kids to exhibitions where they could experience lots of different animals including insects, spiders, & snakes. They loved it as much as Flynn. Most of my grandkids like a variety of critters too. I think it's so important to educate our kids rather than create fear in them. The key is to educate them on respect for those animals. ❤️
Colleen, can I just say thank you? When I saw the ferret my heart stopped. My little Emma passed on Wednesday night at the age of 7. We were the best pair, and adjusting from 2 to one has been the hardest. This has been an amazing sign from her, that she’s okay. Thank you for showing Flynn all these fun animals, even the ones less common.
Colleen, you are so brave, I would just be crying with that spider on my head, as much as I love my kids, I could never do this 😅It was such an amazing opportunity for Flynn to learn about animals and interact with them, that's an amazing gift you gave him!
That was the highlight of my day....so much fun watching Flynn get excited and happy....he reminds me so much if my grandson Carson.... they're a couple weeks apart in age...
