Your video was perfect. I ordered tote scan about 8 months ago. I did 1 tote and then left it. Watching your video makes me want to try it again. I have been working through thriftless February trying to organize my inventory and space. I have been reinventing the wheel while I had the answer right in front of me. I found my tote scan labels yesterday while organizing downstairs. I am going to get busy and get my QR labels on my totes. Watching you made it so easy. @@LorisBostonFound and @Racks2RichesResale there’s this product for $25 called the reseller ruler and it’s basically two cheap yardsticks with strategically placed oval holes in the middle of each and a screw and nut to hold them together. The idea being you can use it to take 2 measurements at one time in a photo. I got the thing and it had broken in transport because someone bent the cylinder it was in. They were super nice in refunding me, but it’s such an easy idea. You could take two yard sticks and some Velcro..... check it out and try the Velcro idea for free lol. They have great reviews but the rulers were made of balsa wood which is soft, easily breakable, and weighs nothing. resellerruler.com/

Awesome! Love this! I’m going to try this! I don’t have as much inventory, (700ish) but who knows, I might someday, so probably a good idea to start now. You explained everything clearly. I don’t use plastic bags, I wrap my items in that square packing paper, and not until it’s purchased. Works for me. Thanks for the great video!

I had to build 2 shed storages in my backyard and on the side because i bought way too much inventory then i can list. I been struggling and depressed for a year and i want to get back to listing! I just finished building my second shed that i plan to move all my bins inside garage so that i can start fresh with empty garage that i will use mainly use for photography and desk. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing how you organized your inventory system, like for instance, what new product items that come in you have them on one side of your garage wall in the laundry labeled tote baskets, and what is organized to be sold is placed on the opposite side of the garage wall there would be less confusion to locate an item. Are the items incoming are they placed in date order of purchase or does that not matter? Your Tote System it sounds easy enough to use for clothing - how would that work for other non-clothing items such as antique items, crockery items, ornament items, etc???
OMG It is amazing! I have 1700+ in inventory and counting and huge death piles. I need this so badly. Your organizing is amazing too. I can never find anything. I do have a lot of smalls so have to figure a better way to find those when they sell, but great job girl!

Yes ma’am I am! So tired of it! LOL a year in and doing it alone. With a lot of different items. Ugh. Hope you video helps me. Only a few min in and oh my your basement looks amazing. I have about 1,000 SF. And just don’t know what to do. I have bought things and then hate it and doesn’t work for me. It sucks.

I love this QR System. It looks so easy and efficient. It seems like you could use this as your inventory system on its own. Do you put your inventory into a spreed sheet also or just use your OR SYSTEM?

@@NurseSaysNAH you know I just looked it up and purchased it after your video and because it’s so cheap. Maybe they make money on the stickers which cost $0.25 to produce but cost us $10? Or maybe they want to get us all hooked before they get an app that will cost something? I wonder if the cost that’s missing is soon to come somehow.

Wow! Goals for sure! I love organization, but am definately not there with my Posh stuff. I have a question about the photo box. I watch another youtuber talk about it. I went to her Poshmark closet and was not impressed. Her photos had shadows behind them. Do you find the same? Seriously love this!
I think if you have other lights on in the room it effects the lights of the box...I find better results when I have my room lights off..but I also use photoroom app for a crisp white on all my cover photos. So I edit 1 pic per listing and the rest are just my light box..hope that helps!

What Size is your Photo Box ? I went to the amazon link and alot of the customer reviews say the item they received is actually 47x20x55 not 47x39x78. This is my next purchase but i want to get the right size . thanks for your help . Love your channel
hi, i have two questions? When an item is sold, do you have to scan it to make it appear as sold? or do you just remove it from the app? and the second question is; Is the sold inventory saved in the app? Thank you
I saw on the website that they have a smaller size of the labels can you mix and match the bigger size labels and smaller ones? And will it still work in the app?
No just to the totes u put them in…inventory all falls under each main label…every item you add under one QR code will be searchable within the app so u can find the item with ease!!
Omgh terrible im done w the shiitty room i need get better slows me down depressed and the fact that I lose money really quickly needed the video and I need some more bins 4 shoes Homewood I really had to new years get organized and now spring w my stimulus money im going to get all the items needed
I’d assume so! You’d just have to share your login...and already have your labels scanned so she could add things into each one...yes it’s an app..with qr stickers..you have to buy those!

I sold something today and there's nothing in the inventory sku. 😩 I have over 3000 active on poshmark so a lot of bins and totes to go through... I also work a full time job and understand your death pile struggle. Definitely not enough time in the day!! Thanks for sharing this with us. I have a VA through upwork so I think she has to work on the computer Bc it takes pictures on her screen periodically but that would be really tedious to upload everything but I really love this idea!
