@@austinfoster6765 it depends on the height difference. If its more than a 5 inch difference the kid could potentially be shorter than the tallest parent. Say you have a 5'5 mom and 5'10 dad the son would probably be 5'10. But if the mom was 5'0 the kid could be stuck at 5'8.

Depends if your body likes you at point unless you about to have a big ass growth spurt you may be 6’2 it’s hard to tell sometimes because people grew 6’1 and grade 11 and thought they were gonna be 6’5 they ended up staying the same

I was 6”1 my freshman year and I’m close to 6”4 my junior year , I am also the tallest in my family . I recommend for anybody to get taller naturally is to do what this guy said. Eat enough, sleep enough,lift weights , stretch , and do cardio. Obviously do all these things consistently

I agree that being in good shape helps you but its also connected to what you eat. Im 6’5 my younger brother is 6’2”. He was always taller until he started eating all the snacks in the house. He left me the veggies and fruits. I swear diet is a main contributor.

23 and currently 6’0 I was 5’8 after I graduated high school at 17 years old. Mom is about 5’4 dad is 5’11. I’m telling y’all once I got to college I noticed a huge spurt once I started focusing on getting 8-10 hours of sleep every night, drinking only water and eating clean, stretching everyday and working out. Even if genes are against you you can still do things to force your bones to expand. It’s possible. I didn’t reach 6’0 until late last year so I am still growing at 23. It’s rare but with hard work it’s possible.

Serigne Drame You can still grow taller after 18 even though you are already taller than your parents. It’s rare but possible bro! Just do what I did. I got better mentally, physically and spiritually. I drank only water for years, I work out often(been doing home workouts since corona), I eat healthy, get 8-10 hours of sleep, stretch when I wake up and before I go to bed. Like good stretches too not just the basics. It will work but the thing is you have to do it every single day. That’s where the mental toughness comes in. You have to learn to channel an alpha mindset and just stay focused on your goals and you’ll get there. Im still doing all these things everyday.

Growth spurt hit me at 14 when I was 5’8 now I’m 6’4 at 20 still growing a bit probs stop at 6’5 but just know the majority of height is genetics however living a healthy lifestyle stretching and working out you’ll tend to grow taller but not by a lot normally 1-3 inches and that’s if you have good responsive genes. Work on your posture that’s an extra inch. Play sports the more your body gets hurt in it (not anything serious but you get roughed up) you’ll tend to get a bit bigger physically height wise and width also as a means to counter this. But most importantly love yourself for the height you have if a girl ain’t gonna let you smash cause yo height she a hoe to begin with and probs ain’t even that hot too. Everything you said you did to get taller is exactly what I did to get taller. At I4 was 5’6 and hated it. I started sleeping more, taking vitamin D pills, drinking milk. (It’s not that good for u but it does have a lot of hormones and V-D in it) stretching before bed and when I wake. Plus playing basketball against taller guys. I was 5’10 at 18 and thought I was done but I researched and found out men still grow till 23. So I kept trying the same things and reached 5’11 by 21 and it wasn’t enough so I kept trying by 23. I reached 183cm just over 6ft.
