I like these videos and you also give me more hope. I always had a really poor diet till now and did no sports. I'm currently 5"4 at 17 (by July) with bad posture. I hope I can reach 6 foot with basketball, nutrition, sleep and exercise .

I will be turning 18 this November. I probably stopped growing at like 15 or so. I was 6'1 at 15 with a 6'4 tall father. Never really had a huge growth spurt😂. I'm still 6'1 tho.

Here's my tips: Sprint a lot and you can go to the gym if you want but make sure to stretch the muscles and micro fractures in the bones in order to expand the micro fractures. Eat nutritious foods high in calcium, collagen, protein, vitamin D3, etc. The goal is to create micro fractures in your bones so you can stretch them and grow it so you can get taller.

I hv a brother who is 1.5 years younger than me but he is 5.9 this makes me feel very insecure and bad. I hv started to get a lot more sleep eating clean and started hiting the gym. 100% I was slightly shorter than you at those ages (5'2 at 13) and at 14 I was only 5'4. I'm 16 now and 5'11. You will likely be well over 6'1

It depends when your puberty started. Try to ask your brother when was his growth spurt and what was his height at 16 and also how much he grew around 15 if it was not his growth spurt. If it was next to your's you likely to be more than 6 feet. But if your growth spurt was like 12 years old and you grew 1.5 inches last year do you might get it.

Hello, on Monday I did training, I trained jumps, only 100 jumps, a day later my bone started hurting, the tuberosity of the tibia was not strong enough, then the next day I started having pain in the joints around my ankles and knees, as well as this bone, and I don't know until after these jumps or maybe will this be the second growth spurt? i have 17,5-8 years

then it's probably the patellar tendon. you might have some form of OSD (Osgood-Schlatter's Disease) like i do and I got diagnosed with it by an orthopedic pediatrician. You can do the same, the whole thing is it's always an overuse injury so even if ur growing really fast or growing in general, it won't matter unless ur at least somewhat active.

No, it's an indirect cause. More rather, if coffee (or the caffeine) is ruining your sleep, stop drinking it. Sleep is a big (if not the biggest because it's when HGH is released) factor in growth. So if you can't drink a cup or two of coffee without it lasting throughout the night when you should be sleep, don't drink it. However if otherwise you can drink it and it doesn't last too long or affect your sleep, it should be fine.

I'm turning 17 this month and I'm only 5'3''. Few questions: 1).Parents height? How tall are they, and more specifically, how tall is their overall family? 2). Signs of puberty? Assuming you are male, do you see muscle definition? Lower voice? body hair, maybe even facial? If not, that might be a sign you are simply a late bloomer, and will grow to a reasonable height later.

I am 5'7 at 14 yrs(my current age), my father is 5'10, my mother is between 5'2 or 5'3, my mother side is all short some of it are tall but not 6 ft above, but my father side has tall genetics, my current tallest relative in my father side is 6'4, they told me that the tallest ever is my grandfather's brother which is 6'7 baseball player. 4:26 doesn't milk contain high estrogen that can stunt growth? Because milk is usually taken from pregnant cows that means their hormones level is high so are their estrogen levels, no? Pls someone explain

it doesn't stunt your growth. There's a difference in what estrogen does. Stunting would be not having an overall good diet, sleep, or lack of exercise. Estrogen plays a role in when your plates that bone grow from will close.

absolutely bro I grew an inch when I was 18, I just turned 19 12 days ago. I just started going to the gym getting more active and eating better but another thing is my doctors said my bone age is 2 years behind. Currently 177cm (5’9 or 5’10)but I think that’s good for having parents that are 5’4 and below

I got my growth spurt when i turned 14 i went from 5'4 to 5'7 in 3 months and that was it. I'm 15 and a half years old and I haven't grown ever since. I drink milk and I do gym consistently, my mum is 5'3 and my dad is 5'9. What is ur opinion on this?

@@bentold7070 from my father's side almost everyone is of average height (5'8--5'10) from my mom's side they are not very tall but good height, for ex: my granddad is 183 cm same as my uncle and yeah my great granddad was a giant like 6'8 or sum but idk if I can get genes from him 💀

Hey mao mao so i am a little concerned about my height I hope you can clarify my doubts. So, I am a 13 year old male teenager and my height is 4'11.5, what i am really worried about is if i have hit puberty or not, i have like some of the signs of puberty and not all of them, the signs are that I have facial hair and pubic hair but I am south asian and we are known for being hairy without hitting puberty so please clarify me.
