Single turbo 135i owner here as well, I don't wanna sell my 135 as I'm already in too deep with blood sweat and tears but I need a new daily and I use to work at the BMW dealership when these came out in 2018 and told myself I'm gonna have one and now they're becoming affordable and I've been watching the X3 M40 market for the past few years now but I plan to just add this as my daily and my 135 as my "Taco Tuesday" night car 😂
@@alexleeteehee E36 Is my first love and I had 2 so far and I really want a clean 328 vert to boost over an m3 only because there's more meat on the walls between cylinders and it literally shares the same ZF 5spd trans as the M3 and my previous 2 shifted like butter and can hold 700+ whp without M tax. My crew has clean e30s e36s with swaps (all BMW Engines no 2j or LS)
my "momcar" just came back from the tuner. DP, Midpipe, Springs, Spacers and Quad pipes. Thing is a BEAST. I prefer it over the X3M (even stock) and the X5 M50i.
I have exactly the same car 😂. Also coming from heavily modified n54's single turbo i love this thing . I only have a down pipe stage 2 on e40 no secondary . That thing its amazing.. waiting for a hybrid turbo now ... try launch control ... you will like it 😊
Whats the specs on your wheels? Looking to get some for mine, not sure what size and offset to do, yours look sweet so hoping to get something similar in size and offset.
If you got a family or need to haul any fair size cargo, X3 all day. If you don't have a family or need for a lot of cargo area, I'd actually recommend checking out M240i, coupe. Same powertrain, but coupe.

How funny, your "mom's car" is the same GLK 350 we just bought for our daughter to use as our "other" car right before we bought the 2019 BMW X3 M40i to go with it for my wife (we traded in an Ascent and BMW 530e evenly for these two). That GLX is fun as hell actually.
lmao I was playing around with my M40i as well for a whole day... then when I finally flashed it, it was all fine... car turned off.... says to wait for 30secs before turning it back on... car didn't start and I was panicking... I tried to flash it back to stock and it gave me a warning message saying it cannot be flashed due to low battery voltage HAHAHA!

Bro i bought the same exact car a month ago. It’s an absolute beast. I got the same color and year. Love to see videos on it because I want to do some work to it to but i’m not sure how to get into tuning the car since it’s a 2019 and i’m not sure if the dme is locked and stuff so keep making these videos bro. If you got an instagram or something i’d love to talk about some things abt the car because i’m not really a car expert but i wanna get a lot of stuff done to it as well
