Fun fact Manager Esquire, the "League of Nine" (Or Guinhoe) was a real group of writers that the real life Yi Sang was a member of during the Japanese Occupation of Korea, and everything to do with The League of Nine in Limbus (Including the other members) is based in one way or another on real events surrounding The League (Guinhoe) in real life, so keep that in mind as their story keeps unfolding in the game because it's incredible fascinating. Yi Sang is also considered one of the most important and revolutionary writers of modern korean literature, so all of the PM writers are intimately familiar with him and his story (Since they're all massive literature nerds), which is also why this canto can be somewhat hard to follow near the end since they go hard with their korean literature knowledge and wordplay that's hard to fully convey in english from what I remember hearing. Now for your Rupture Team, you'll really want to get W Yi Sang and 7 Faust since they're absolutely essential for maintaining Rupture Count properly, though if you really want to stick with 7 Yi Sang for a full 7 Team then getting Dimension Shredder E.G.O for Yi Sang at least makes him Rupture Count Neutral on all his attacks through the Passive, otherwise it's fairly a good Rupture Team so don't worry.

Something worth noting this chapter, PM started experimenting with unique Sanity mechanics on enemies. While most of them don't massively change the gameplan of "smack em till they're dead", other's can punish you if ignored. Definitely make a habit of checking the Sanity tab on these fights, especially bosses.

To be fair, once you build a good rupture team, it becomes a really good status effect. Talisman Sinclair is especially interesting, because even though his damage and clashing is not that good, if you inflict that talisman debuff on an enemy, you will absolutely melt them with a rupture team. As a result, he is kind of famous as a boss killer, since in abno fights, you can easily build up and apply the talisman debuff and then melt the enemy with 99 rupture damage per hit.

Funny thing, getting pursuance Meursault would be amazing for the blade lineage team since its a team healing ego that is very easily fueled by that team... atleast when you get blade faust. As for red sheet "not being the right pick" for a rupture team, every time I hear about rupture teams, red sheet is called the "core" of it or something adjacent to that. One thing that's frequently used for extremely good rupture teams is AEDD gregor because it allows you to have neutral (or gain) rupture count for every gloom skill hit within the next 15 hits.

Pursuance Meursault is a high rolling EGO that heals the rest of the team by a decent chunk. It's a top tier, so even though that was an extremely weird pull on the Ishmael banner lmao, that's an extremely lucky pull! Anyway, I'm sure others will mention this - but 7 Yi Sang and especially Ryoshu aren't *that* amazing for rupture. Ryoshu is a very good clasher and a solid unit overall, though, but you'd want to replace them with units like Lantern Don (which you already have invested in!), maybe even Rosespanner Gregor, Talisman Sinclair is good but complicated to play around with, and K Corp Hong Lu for being a gigatank with some rupture application (which you might not need since you already have Sheep Don tanking). 7 Faust is a must if you get her some day.

It might amuse you (and help you remember Yi Sang's name better) that, in the korean version and voiceovers, Yi Sang uses the word "yisang" C O N S T A N T L Y. It can mean several things based on context, but "ideal" and "strange" are two translations he regularly uses. Of course, if there is any (in-character) reason to use the funny ideal word, Yi Sang will use it with a straight face.

Rupture is a strange team to build around. It's an incredible, INCREDIBLE status if you properly spec into it, letting you shred bosses with tons of health to nothing in the span of only a few turns, but without the proper E.G.O and a few key members, they tend to fall short. It also doesn't help that rupture as a whole is hard to keep on a single enemy, let alone a lot of enemies at once, and many ID's based around rupture have conditionals based around high rupture.

speaking of Knife Yi Sang There's W Corp Yi Sang ID who uses a knife aswell, and its also a rupture ID, so thought you'd like to know.

If you’re gonna use talisman Sinclair on your rupture team a lot of people would recommend making him the first unit so he gets his second skill slot first. This is because managing his talismans is a pain when you have to rely on the rng of what skills you get. Also his passive can backfire against him. If you have 3 gluttony used in one turn then he tends to gain over 5 talisman on his skill 2. He’s just a very temperamental ID that I tend to bench for simplicity’s sake but he’s certainly good when used well, so do whatever feels best for you.

Yep, Yi sang is the one who created the gatcha mecanism, it is said at the very beginning of the game

Dripsault Jumpscare

Well, when you find the First WaW abnormalitie in Limbus Company they explain that the Golden Bough is what keeps the Qliphot Deterrence high, so abnormalities can be managed whitout bigger problems. And is implied that abnos in the Lobotomy branchs are heavily nerfed because they are next to the origin of the deterrence(and for some reason they are attracted to the Boughs). Think about how much caos and havoc will happen when we collect enough of these Golden Boughs.

Not gonna lie, rupture's probably the hardest team to play outside of MDs. Would be interesting to see you sticking to your guns throughout this chapter.

Seven Ryoshu would definitely be a nice addition to the Seven Association team, but would be functionally the same as using Kimsault in a Rupture team, because she applies Rupture with only 1 skill… which is her Skill 1… which only inflicts 1 or 2 Rupture potency iirc… and that's all she has in terms of Rupture… She's a monster Clasher and Dmg dealer tho, definitely makes her a top tier 00 unit nearly on par with Cinq Outis. Again, it wouldn't be that different compared to using Kimsault in that same team. Now 7 Faust on the other hand… now that's a 7 Association Rupture ID~ WARP Corp Yi Sang also is def better than 7 Yi Sang for Rupture (flashier moves too), but that's up to fate (or the mines) whether you get any of em or not. I wish ya good luck with getting them tho~

The seven squad is sick. The Faust one would be nice to have but its always a blast to play with.

From 7 assosiaction you miss (I think) 000faust (overall good id) and 00ryoshu, wich to be fair is one of the strongest 00 ids. Just het clash number and a Mount of slash fragility she aplies is insane, her clashing is better than rather big part of 000 ids

If you are set on a 7 association team, your going to really want 7 Faust, shes prob the best id in tht team.

I forget to use it anytime I'm not on a rupture team, but I think 7 Outis might be possibly my favorite designed ID. Fighting with a cane, inflicting paralyze, lowering clash power, and really solid health and EGO make her really fun to use as a bruiser ID for clashing.

I've put on Angela's announcer last week or whenever she released, just to test her out. Was doing a MD3 Hard run. I kept repeating to myself "Turn her off, turn her off, for the love of god turn her off as soon as you finish the fight", for 45min straight, forgetting to turn her off every single time. Season 3 announcers are such a yap fest holy god damn, couple them with Captain Ish and it feels like a fairly accurate simulator of an actual distorting process.

Had no idea Lantern Don's skill 3 had a 4th coin, where she just rips off the dude's neck. That's gnarly, even for a PM game. Still, happy to see the video and it being technical issue free.

So you decided to play like her and step away from meta? That's a good idea! It's a shame that all the other IDs get overlooked just because of their lack of raw strenght..

Now might be a great time to start figuring out how to utilize the various defense skills you have access to, as you will have plenty of moments where RNG might make things in favor of going for unopposed attacks over clashing everything. We also just need more cool Seven Assc. IDs.
