Nate was there to watch JS Cosmetics grow into what it is today..They seemed to genuinely enjoy eachothers company. Dont get me wrong, I'm sure Jeffree being who he was influenced Nates decision to link up with JS, but I don't think its what made him stay as long as he did. Nate never seemed opportunistic, he was happy with his bit of attention, popping in and out of videos but never seemimg eager for attention or fame. He wasn't trying to use his relationship with JS as a launch pad for his own business venture..like so many others in Jeffree's life had. I loved how into the makeup company he was with JS, it mattered to JS so it mattered to him.. TBH They used each other in ways. Its not always a sinister thing. Some adult relationships are like that. Nate never brought public drama or embarrassed JS, and hasn't thrown shade since the split..I think they had a connection and offered each other companionship. There was a mutual respect between them. Money changed Jeffree a lot. The more he makes, the less compassion he has. A common accurence with people who get rich. I wouldn't be surprised if that played a huge role in their split
