I think the bathroom mirror is a great size; especially if you decide to put a frame around it. If you do decide to keep it and frame it. I’m not sure I would recommend clay (specifically the air drying type) you don’t want it melting on you due to the humidity of the bathroom .😅 All that to say I love how your place is coming together the way you envisioned it. Plus your creativity for all the diy’s 🥰💗

You can usually use most screw on broom poles and they screw onto the end of the roller!

Put the green contact paper on the tile wall in the bathroom and then the mirror on top. Or get new contact paper with a different color.

I love what you’ve done so far. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 You have a flair for color! 🎨 Genevieve provided you with great ideas too. Since you asked- the mirror seems small for the bathroom. Go big in a small space. 🪞 It will look larger. You could add two other mirrors to the same wall as the one you have but it was cheap enough to utilize it in another space and find a larger one. Can’t wait to see everything you have done. The disco ball fringe “chain” was fabulous! 🪩 🥰 You must be exhausted- enjoy your trip! 😍😎

color theory (i think- its been a while since i studied color theory) baby, if its against a dark wall it looks lighter if it is against a lighter wall it looks darker. putting it next to different colors will make it look different too

I live at home with family and I can’t do a lot to change my space in a big way (paint, new furniture, etc.). But these videos inspire me to do even small things to change my space and bring some happiness to it. Currently I’m focused on cleaning out junk before I bring new things in but I’m looking at art pieces and fun things I can do to make my space fun for me to be in. Genevieve’s designs match your vibe so much! Can’t wait to see the end result

The tassel holder idea is so great for a pop of colour and definitely matches with your other things, the mirror is a good size it's not too big but I do think it needs a frame for some more pazaz ! As for the contact paper, I think try filming your outfit in that section without it and if you feel like something is missing then add it back. I think either way it looks great

Love the colourful tassels (and the pillow)! You have such a great style and taste 🥰 Had the same issue with a bad roller in the past, it didn't want to transfer paint to the wall (I remember the arm and back workout too) and was eating it up so much that we ended up having to buy an extra can of paint 😖 and a new roller that was a lot better (both from the budget store). I think they can be good whether they're cheap or expensive, it has more to do with the material they're made of, but it's hard to know before trying it yourself. I'm gonna have to try to make a colourful yarn scrunchy after watching this! Hopefully just tying bits around an elastic will work 😁 Sadly, can't really do much yarn-ey home decor because our cats would eat it lol Cheers!!

I always put my rollers in a plastic bag and the next day they are still fine to use :) If you ever want to paint a wall again, that might also work for you

Adding a frame around it is a great idea, that mirror is definitely too small, or add an other small mirror to it! Since it's a funky shape, it could totally be a piece of a set ;)

A little bit late , but omg the progres. It is looking so good. I can sense that this changes on your apartment are making you happy and feel more cozy on your own space. I loved how the community is here as the person that sent you an idea of how to decorate your room. As well the diy are so cute. About the mirror I think you should put something around it to make the ilusión of being bigger. And about the green stickers I feel the same that I looks darker, so maybe painting could be an option . Can wait for the rest 😊😊

I love the tassles for the disco ball and the wall piece! On the paint looking lighter, I saw somewhere that northern facing rooms read colder and southern warmer. Don't know how true that is but might be why the colour looks different than you saw online 😊

I think if you get another small funky mirror for the and put it in the bathroom as well i think that would look nice. Kind of like how you had the green vinyl/contact paper on your wall. It could make the space look bigger, but still have more interest than just one big mirror
