A few weeks ago I finally bought your album "The Cooling". Wow. This is the first time in ages I loved every song on an album on the first listen. Last ones were Tracy Chapman's and Melissa Etheridge's first albums. And they are still among my favourites. Just thought you might like to know.

He has a special way of relating the extraordinary living elements of what for others might pass for mundanity. A true creative artist and well worth exploring.

I enjoyed the listen Reina and Toni . I was just along that same river front this last winter looking for the medallion. I have great pictures from Harper's Weekly of Sept 10, 1904 showing the West side of that bridge collapsed into the river after a tornado hit it. I t was made of iron and a narrower bridge then, but just as high.

Wish I had 1/2 of Toni's talents for playing a guitar. I couldn't hear many of Collin's song lyrics but the ones I did hear reminded me of Reina's beautiful "Edge of the Universe" and "Burn Out"......back in the Old Days ;).

I hope they get married and have beautiful children.... this song isn't their burdon .... although what we feel sometimes isn't necessarily our burdon to carry.... Colin articulated music to draw all of us in....i know he wouldn't want people remorseful for his heartache.... sigh.... music is so influentially moving.... it often disturbs my small mind
