if you kept on getting enough kills the negative integer would overflow and you would get the highest possible score. You'd *only* have to get -2 147 483 647 points...if it's a 32 bit signed integer. Given one non-target kill gives -5000 you'd have to kill 429 496 non target kills and a total of -3647 points by doing whatever would get you the closest to that number to get the lowest possible score. Or to get the highest score possible you'd have to get the same amount of non-target kills and a total of -3648 points to get the highest possible score, or kill 429 497 non-target kills and get a total of +1353 points - whichever would be easier and/or get you closer. Problem is that you'd have to kill the 2 targets first which nets you 4000 points total, however I'm pretty sure you also get points from other actions like getting out of combat and such. All in all, given you manage to get only the positive points from the 2 required targets and nothing else then you'd have to kill 429 496 non-target kills and get a total of +254 points (which funny enough is only 2 points off of flipping the eighth bit). Just some food for thought.

OK so I have a story related to this: I was once playing a DnD game with a few friends, and we were entering a town which we have never visited before. Since we didn’t have much to do, we had some downtime activities. I decided to stay in a room at an inn to relax with one of the party members, while our druid was writing a scroll about herbalism or something. Our paladin, on the other hand, decided to go fishing in casual clothing with one of the villagers who specializes in fishing, aptly named Fischer. While fishing, they grow close and start conversing about their private lives. Fischer accidentally says something related to a party entering the town soon and their relationship with an opposing association. When further questioned, the paladin found out that Fischer was actually enlisted by the BBEG to assassinated our party. The paladin hid his initial anger and followed Fischer to his house under the guise of a friendly meeting. When they finally got there, our paladin knocked the guy out, tied him to a chair, and waited until he woke up again. When Fischer awoke, the paladin proceeded to torture information out of him. When the paladin got enough information, he grabbed a fish from his bag, and started beating the guy with it until he was, after a lot of effort, decapitated.
