Catfish Dave's legacy in the making. Legacy is the change you bring about in this world. How we made others feel, how we treated the people around us and how we made their lives better. "When you were born you were crying and everyone else was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone else is crying."
Imo youre the best catfish channel on RU-vid. 2nd is kayak catfishing and 3rd is pigpatrol. Thanks for all the awesome video's and tips u give. Stay blessed my brotha!
Before I moved away I never fished Cherokee very much. My cousin used to work at a store where the owner had a house on the lake. My cousin stored his boat there and all he ever did is water ski. B-o-r-i-n-g. No gills or whiskers on a water ski. Then Catfish Dave shows up on Cherokee and a Big Blue wants its picture taken with him. You really think they don't know him? Dave, that is the biggest one I've seen you catch in a couple of weeks. Looked fat and healthy. One thing you've shown me about back home is the catfish all look healthy. Even in downtown Knoxville where I remember the water in the 60s was something you didn't want to fall in. Now it looks like a different river. I hop in the boat every time you go fishing. I can't help it. 👍🎣
Hi Dave . I'm a new subscriber only because I thought I was already subscribed. I am a Reel & Rod & Lure Collector. I have hundreds of Reel and Rods plus 1000 's of Vintage Lures. Anyway I am starting a project of fishing for big Cats with vintage Reels & Rods on Cherokee & Douglas and Norris lakes . Tks for giving me inspiration to start my little project. Love your videos , keep up the great work. I live in the Morristown area .
Dave. If that had been my sandwich, as soon as I seen that tip move that sandwich would had been in the water!! Love your patience. Even though it was a tough day, you had an epic finish!! Awsome!!
Hey Dave, could you explain some of your strange looking rigging ? How about also talking about the structure you look for a little more. Thanks, love to see you catch those big uns, like to catch a few myself.
Nice fish! I've wanted for a while, a fish to make me smile. I bet,.... oh hell, I must yield to Catfish Dave, THE catfish poet! LoL, I had to subscribe after watching and listening to that!
I loved fishing. Grew up salt water fishing in and around NYC. Never caught any fish. People all around me were catching but not me. Still loved to be out fishing
The CatMaster at work, like gravy on potatoes, it really doesn't get much better watching a seasoned professional like Dave , patiently, skillfully pushing on and executing his delivery with precision with the 60 pound behemoth at the end of the day.
