A very good sideline in the Center Game. Black has to sacrifice material to get a better position and weak amateurs never do that. Even if they do, they will spend the rest of the time trying to restore the material balance instead of using their winning activity advantage. In that case your material advantage with white becomes decisive. Free two pawn-up endgames against the best black defense in that case. The best for Back in every Center Gane line is ...Bb4(+), not mentioned at all here, and any logical point. Here 4...Bb4+ instead of 4...Nf6 gives both sides equal chances of winning with bets play.

Could you please do a crash course on the danish gambit? Would be pretty helpful . By the wy by following your principles I am now 853 rated in rapid as a 11 year old
Been looking for something new to play and this looks good. I e been playing 1e4-e5 2d4 opponent almost always takes with e x d4 and I push f4 and pretty much no matter what they do next I’m moving knight to f3. I never see them bring the queen to the h file to deliver a quick check but g3 is always there if they do.This is my way of tricking players into getting into a kings gambit set up without realizing what they’ve done..Except that theyre not prepped.None of their pieces will be in the defensive position they normally would be in the kings gambit. The computer does thinks black is already winning after f4 but who cares this is fun and you can catch a lot of people off guard and have a knight and bishop all over the black kings f pawn before they realize what’s happening
I play chess since I'm 6. I had "pervy razryad" :-)) Which is equal ~1900-2000 ELO. This is the by far best channel about chess. Watching it the last year. The best explanations in the way how average player would understand. Without going into too many side lines. And the good thing is, that Igor explains positions. This is crucial!
I never looked at the center game. Good opening. Looks like there is considerable theory lurking as you get higher in the ranks. I can already see several possible transpositions.
PS: I used it ones to surprise a top player in my country - with success! . I noticed that Karpov couldn´t win against a much weaker player and my opponent was a very solid routine player.
Do you still have the 'Key to Victory' (non-chess) content mentioned at the end of your video from 4 years ago: 5 Best Chess Opening Traps in the Center Game.
This should come with warning: with perfect play white is worse by over a pawn. I think you should at least go through what the main line is so people fully understand the opening. You’re basically teaching hope chess here.
He frequently showcases opening variations based on chess website statistics. These are fun for blitz and for teaching kids for sure. For serious games…one just has to study seriously.
Highly entertaining videos, i have recommended you to many beginners and low rated players. - But in this video you drive it too far - outright nutty in my opinion - and you risk giving people bad habits!
