I saw the bed but I pretended like I didn't see it. If she did occasionally sleep in the storage unit, it's against the rules. So, we don't ask any questions. On the otherhand, she cant be sleeping there every night if she's traveling across the country. Also, the storage company would see her car parked out side. So, they'd catch on quick.
Please leave her alone, she doesnt need to be taking any flack from the manager or owner, since she is technically homeless and stays "in her car". Maybe she does and only has "dates" there for comfort.
What I've noticed, no matter where you're at, you live chic and you have an amazing eye for decor and detail, and love how much of an effort you put into it!
@@mgpw4tn487 most likely yeah. for her car , expenses etc she def getting money somewhere. just nobody in this age is able to afford a house with these ridiculous prices
She doesn’t live there. Ppl have also showed video to the storage ppl. They checked the cameras and saw that she was not sleeping or living there. The cameras showed she only went in for short moments…
@@tauriandeveaux4457 … she did a video on it… very crazy… some people have nothing better to do or jealousy or thinking someone’s trying to get over or mad because they didn’t think of it
It’s like a walk in closet. The bed is helpful if you go in there to get dressed or to look for things. It’s organized that way because it is a pain to go through a bunch of boxes.
It makes sense to set it up as a room like she did since she will be needing to easily find things she needs. Also probably feels a little like home for a minute if she is on the road all the time.
Agreed. My college bf was from NY and had a similar storage unit set-up. He was practically on his own since 16 and brought everything he owned when he attend college in AL. Racks of seasonal clothes, tons of music/books/tools/etc. Even a futon, end table, and lamp. Some days he'd study there. I know it was beautifully organized and I owe my current organizational skills to him lol.
@@LP-hs6yzthey should let ppl live in it for the price just a nap or long sleep won't hurt nobody in a storage it's not like they provide the electricity 💯
That's the neatest looking pile of stuff in storage I have ever seen. I get why folks may have thought you lived in there. It looks nice in there! Lol We love you, Sis! ❤️
Most storage units have cameras in the halls to prevent this. If they see you come every day at a certain time or stay for more than an hour ish routinely they will investigate; if it is found you are living on the property you will be removed and forced to take your stuff with you
That is incredibly smart to have a safe organized space for all of your belongings while living out of a vehicle. Then you can just go chill in the unit and get away for a bit while not breaking any rules by living in it full time. If I am ever in your situation I will be remembering this hack!!
GURL! I CAN RELATE TO THIS LIFESTYLE! AFTER 9/11 I ALMOST LOST MY HOME.SO I MOVED OUT OF IT AND Rented it out! I Started living the exact same way. Lol!!! FAST FORWARD 20 YEARS LATER I STILL HAVE MY HOME! YOUR A SMART YOUNG LADY! DON'T LET THIS WORLD STRESS YOU OUT! DO YOU GURL!
For real though - this looks like a deal. I mean, depending on the temp you certainly could hang there for a bit. Get a couple stretched out nights of sleep. Then back on the road!
Best part of the video is when she says, "that's end of my storage tour, I hope you guys don't have anymore fucking questions about it" and laughed afterwards. 😂 I laughed with you too.
Thank you for showing. Having lived in a car before, I'm almost jealous. Gym memberships are underrated when it comes to freedom. You're awesome, keep on going.
Omgggg I had the same yellow dress your wearing!! I fucking loved it it's like almost a carpet material. I grew out of it in the tatas after my baby. Damn zipper backs
"I don't live in here" proceeds to show all the things that make it suspiciously convenient to live in there Edit: people keep arguing "Well it's against the law" ahhh yes because things being illegal have completely stopped people before. It's almost like you can have a full bedroom in a storage unit and then say you don't live there! Quite a surprising prospect I know
If anything, she's demonstrating how, if society could pull together, people could live comfortably in a small space. I think we need more spaces like this available to the homeless. Why not?
@@freda2758 Thing is, you very much cannot live in your storage unit. And if the property managers on that site did see her unit, they would 100% think she's living there and would most definitely try to kick her out. And seeing as there's not real evidence that she isn't living in there, she'd probably get evicted.
@@FullyOnVolks No dude...one way or another that's illegal. And if the property manager does allow that to happen then they're in a shit ton of trouble.
Exactly! It is NOT what she proclaims. It like a house's attached garage to me. STRANGERS are just passing by , freely giving away 52 inch ,good , working, tvs?! Wow. 🙄
Haha ❤your amazing!!! Who cares if you did. That’s your business. With rent prices I’m ready to get a storage and live in it! I live how you addressed this ❤😂
I DID mention something about how cute she had it set up. I wasn’t saying she lived in it, she CLEARLY said she’s in her car. She just has BOMB ass ideas. Who would have ever thought to do that in her situation! And the Power Station! Kudos!!
What do you mean "considering the circumstances"? She CHOSE to rent a storage unit. She CHOSE to sleep in her car. She CHOOSES to travel and have experiences. She is her own guardian angel. And yeah, she's "doing pretty good"... considering she CHOSE her "circumstances".
I have a bus/skoolie diy flooring installed, power station, double sink, double bunk bed. I'm tired of building and am ready to sell. 14 passenger 2000 GzmC Microbird under 40,000miles
Right that’s my duck off spot! With a generator she can have AC or heat and be good! Hell she has more space than a tiny house🤔 let me rethink my real needs
She’s already mentioned like thousands of times why it’s organized, so she can go and easily get whatever she wants from her storage without having to toss stuff around and look for it. Not everyone has to have a junky ass storage unit you know 😂 plus you aren’t allowed to live in storage units so idk why people don’t believe her 🤣
@@lovelyk8769 You likely wouldn't. Storage facilities almost always have rodent issues, even the really nice ones. Evidence of rodent activity is usually more apparent once your belongings have been in storage for an extended period of time. That's why many ppl who have been holding a unit 2-3 years often end up tossing a lot of the furniture they'd been paying to keep all that time. I'm surprised she has so many of her things sitting exposed like that, tbh.
Nah lol it’s decorated & the bed is made up. I think we all know ppl do things they aren’t supposed to - it’s even videos on this platform of ppl living in them
Ohhhh that makes a lot of sense. My storage is 5' wide x 15' long x 15' high. Would have to upgrade to a 10' x 10' to do this for my stuff. Mine is stacked upward. I'd love to arrange mine like a room instead. Pretty cool. Will keep this in mind.
Love your videos, your confidence, your style! I'll never tell someone how to live their life, but from experience: please don't ever be too specific about what city you're in. Make sure street signs and unique landmarks are not visible in your videos. For all of us who adore you, there are creepers and people with bad intentions lurking. Be safe out there, 😘😘😘😘
She’s done this so well. And I’ve seen video of people living out of their storage unit and getting caught. Not worth the risk. She’s doing this very smartly you guys. I believe her when she says she’s not living out of it, but man it’s nice if she could!
@@dorkchops hence the nosey ppl that gave her a tv…most ppl casually tell on ppl “ hmmm manager I didn’t realize you guy have live in storage, oh you don’t well that lady must have a special contract bla bla bla”
Girl, you encouraged me to organize my storage like my dressing room I had when I was in my last apartment. #van living#gymmembship#stack$$$$Wishing you peace and blessings without 😘
She’s just showing off now!! Some of y’all never had your actual home as neat, organized and stylish as that storage unit. She can turn a Ford Excursion into a palace!
When I was stationed in Tennessee and my husband was serving as a reserve soldier. He was evicted from his apartment because of a domestic issue with his older brother (also a veteran with ptsd) he destroyed the house etc. my husband boyfriend at the time slept in our storage unit because he didn’t have anywhere else to go. He lost his daughter a year before that. Last year he attempted suicide. 6 months ago he had a stroke. He’s finally getting discharged honorably now. Don’t judge a book by its cover ❤️
Whether she lives in it or not, i wanna know how she prevents the dust from piling up. Since theres no insulation, the dust is absolutely relentless, literally an inch thick from wind passing through. I'd be afraid it would ruin all the beautiful things...
You do you Boo ❤️ I hope you’re safe, cuz that is all that really matters. If you live in the unit, or live in your car, that’s your prerogative & your decision. You don’t have to explain to any of us. However I do understand people’s curiosity, questions. & validity. It is cool the way you have everything set up (as it it were your bedroom 🫣) so you can find everything easily (w/o looking through boxes) and spend time comfortably whilst getting yourself together. I must admit that being a mom has me naturally worried me about you being “out there” (sleeping in your car?). Especially because this is all on Social Media, so please take RXTRA care be careful! And if you ever need anything, just reach out. Take care.
