When I met my husband all ate was frozen, in a can or take out or scrambled eggs or hot dog. THATS IT. So he was loving meeting me. I learned how to cook from my parents growing just by eye. If I was going by recipe my husband was loving that. He’d ask me if I could show him how to but then “that’s too complicated I thought it was just couple steps” or if it was something I knew just by eye he’d want to how measure exactly. Needless to say most of those cane out gross and I’d let him know it

My husband was a picky eater for his whole life. I quit coking for him because I got sick of watching him pick at the stuff I made. I still cook sometimes for special occasions, but he's not as picky anymore because he tried one of those fresh ingredient meal boxes you can order online and cook for yourself, and it forced him to try ingredients like sour cream, onions, mushrooms, different kinds of potatoes, etc. And he actually enjoys cooking!
My wife and I are both good cooks but her lack of organization drives me insane - nothing is ever put in the same place twice. The secret to a happy marriage is separate kitchens ha ha 😎
Joy..I suggest you add veggies to your lasagna. ie: zuchini. carrots, eggplant ... adds vitamins, and fiber and texture..and all that cheese --you wont know even!! CA style
I hv to cook no matter what, i can cook but not loving cooking every single day, i have 2boys n hubby who wants food all the time and only wants my cooking. And if i ask my dutch husband to cook something he will end up making pancake or frenchfries for dinner!
