Lol, he could never narrate Dune... that would require him to look up how to pronounce a ton of words he doesn't know, (which he won't do because he has low work ethic and lacks professional due diligence) and he'll end up pronouncing things wrong, and it will ruin the whole experience.

There are narrators that do not publish stories with mispronunciations and other lazy mistakes... EVER. This guy isn't one of them. His mistakes aren't common, I'll give him that, but the fact that such sloppy mistakes are born of poor work ethic and intellectual sloth, then there's no excuse.

Especially not in Ohio. They've got all the cryptids and SCPs lol.

Glad that the stories help. I'm sure a lot has been considered already, but I'd look into IBS, gluten issues, Crohn's, ulcerative colitis and gastroparesthis. All of those can cause what you're describing, as well as certain autoimmune conditions. Good luck and hope you're able to find answers.

Hey there! Author here. Good eye on that, but the Barron County in the story is meant to be in southeastern Ohio, which is the very edge of the foothills to the Appalachian Mountains that make up most of West Virginia. No connection with the county in Wisconsin. That's why I added the bit about not being shown on maps. Still, love to see people asking good questions! Thanks for listening.

I lived in Nelsonville before I moved to northeast Ohio. I loved Wayne National Forest, Zeleski State Forest and Hocking Hills.
