@@peytonmac1131 Kelpies are are more akin to a water Spirit, and banshees are just harbingers of death. Both pretty harmless in this situation. You want more unusual I would go with a wendigo, or, better yet, a skinwalker.
I don't belive the twins are truly evil. Furthermore, I belive the brotherhood is hiding something big from our main character. Awesome story, hope there's a sequel.

Some people have sharp intuition and can differentiate between those who seek harm. Especially in the field he’s in. Many people have supernatural abilities and it’s not that easy to fool them vs. others who are unable to use their innate abilities.
brilliant high quality so many author's write so called master pieces but they don't add up to much I'm a old fan and have heard much of what they write before they just don't have what it takes but this channel has me enthralled totally every video so refreshing knowing the art of the creation of a good horror has not died out xx🎉
Agree, I listen to a few creepypasta channels; what sets them apart from the crowd is the awesome narration. It can’t be too “theatrical” or too OTT. It has to be just right; more emotion than the weather, and not full “read by Dracula” mode. And the stories have to be well written.

I really enjoy the monster/vampire/demon hunter type stories with an ancient order dedicated to destroying them! Only problem is I hate stand alone stories and and need a universe to get immersed in! I need this to be that! This can’t be the last time we here from Sir Lucas and Mia/Lea Darling! Amazing story tho
This story is very similar to the “Exterminator with Unusual Problems” tale you narrated a few weeks ago. Once again, I find myself rooting more for the antagonists-who feel much more sympathetic, even with the context of the story. It’s pieces of writing like these that make me want a continuation, to see not just how the story goes, but to explore the characters and get a stronger grasp on their viewpoints; their perspectives. And, what do you know, the story was written by the same individual. I’m no expert, but, given how similar in nature these stories feel. I think there might be more, just on the way..
The Brotherhood was the least prepared, least informed, least equipped and least capable hunters I've heard in these types of stories. Second was the ones where they tried to ambush the Zodiac Vamps at the club. With her turning the tables by hypnotizing one of the members before hand. It's as if they simply don't do a single bit of research and keep relying on conventional means. Roy was all Mr. Business and mysterious until he talked with Lucas and pretty much admitted that they're just guessing. Maybe if it continues, Lucas will bring the Brotherhood up to speed. Especially since he's more of an out of the box kind of guy.
The sisters are obviously honest about their intention to protect humanity: even the narrator commented that the body count from the explosion was lower than he expected -- because the sisters stayed; they could have walked out after the bomb was placed but they stayed and blocked the explosion with their own bodies.
When you kill someone you're not just ending their life. You're destroying everyone who loved them. I very rarely post comments, but that hit me like a ton of bricks. Don't want to be a downer but I'm really feeling a need to share. My second oldest son was killed in a hit and run dec 2014. Three different cars hit him and none stopped. None of them were ever found. My son Chris was 20 yrs old. I can't even begin to describe how this ruined my life, my husband's life, and the lives of his 3 brothers and 1 sister. Don't know where I'm even going with this. Just needed to say it because Chris mattered. And he was loved so much. And you seriously cannot begin to imagine what I would do to the people who killed him if I got my hands on them.
I hope the memory of what those drivers did to that poor soul haunts them. I hope you find your peace amongst the rage and heart break that lingers on your soul. To loose a child is hard enough, to not have justice on who killed them is enough to drive even the purest of us insane. My heart goes out to you, wherever he is, I hope he too finds his peace ❤️🩹🫶🏻🫂

I think the reason why the younger sister wanted to save Lukas is because she could sense that at the time he wasn't completely "all-in" and also sensed that he was kind of not too sure about Roy's beliefs? I still feel as if the writer wanted us to feel some empathy for the sisters, especially, little sis? Idk?
Hope to hear more of the Darling Twins. They were badass. What were they. Ancient vampires? Twins can also draw power from each other when needed. That makes them even stronger. Great story just sad that it's over. 😢
It's not over he left it open ended so he can revisit this storyline. In a way the death of all the old members of the Brotherhood was a blessing in disguise. They had all lost their way in that forgot that they take the lives of a few undead to preserve the lives of many. Now the narrator can reboot the Brotherhood from the ground up and perhaps get back to their religious roots. After all he was the only one who had reservations about taking innocent life and using a bomb. He should rebuild the Brotherhood by filling its ranks with orphans. Have them cloistered in some type of hidden monastery for a number of years to fortify them spiritually and train them to fight and hunt monsters before releasing them into the field.
This is my favorite narrator ❤his playlist got me through the hardest part of detoxing, restless legs. I would listen and listen. Over time things got better and I listen to Lighthouse to stay calm his voice is golden. My favorite ❤❤❤narrator on here. Periodt

The brotherhood scares me more than the vampires, with all the talk about “supremacy” and “collateral damage”. The vamps sucks (pun intended) but the brotherhood seem even worse.
This story feels like it can be in a sort of shared universe with another one you've narrated. The name is "I'm an exterminator. I get rid of unusual problems" I dont want to spoil it since it's an awesome listen for those who havn't yet. Since it's the same author, I can see a shared universe in the making between the stories. But maybe I'm overthinking it, either way big props to the author for making such good stories and to you for bringing them to life with the narration.
I'm glad someone else noticed it, this is absolutely a shared universe, especially with the mention of bombing a night club. The story excited me when I realized the similarities!

NGL I was hoping the "hunter" died at the end. It's weird how he doesnt realize that killing humans to protect humans is a contradiction- he became a monster as bad as the ones he hunt's
As much as I love horror, I kind of semi wish the world was that straightforward... Much easier to fight monsters (unless they're some omnipotent untouchable horror) which may kill tens, hundreds, maybe thousands than fight politicians backed by mobs of idiots and their stupid ideologies and beliefs that constantly steal, suppress, opress, and kill by the TENS OF MILLIONS... Even hundreds of millions!
Perhaps that is the true horror of the world. No matter what monsters we dream up, no matter what fictional darkness we create in our minds, our greatest threat and enemy will always be ourselves. For most people would rather choose comfortable ignorance than dangerous freedom, and as long as they continue to do so, the war between corrupt powers will continue.

Fun story. But if Roy was willing to do the math on a night club, then sacrificing a brand new recruit. The vampires would've recognized him right off, I feel. Roy would know that so the bomb should have gone off as soon as the hero got close. My opinion is the sisters taking control of the story at that moment would be more fun.
Here is my summary of this Vampire Story So one day some very angry Ants ambushed a scary Spider. The Spider gave a warning "Little ones. The world is better with me in charge. Without me and my sister to control my bretheran; the world would be much worse. The Ants ignored her warning that she forgives them for their transgression this time, but not again. The Ants were determined to piss off the scary Spider. What a humiliation for the Ants! The Spider defeats them easily...
i feel like im going crazy, wasn't there a story with the same name, but it takes place primarily in a night club, the humans plan on killing the vampires regardless of casualties but end up being in a trap and the vampires made them dance manicly with their vampire powers and everyone dies but the mc who is left alive as a warning.
I remember a story with these 3 sisters where the hunt went very wrong(there was a traitor amongst the hunters). Is there another story where the third sister got caught or killed?

To be fair the MC was able to kill normal vamps on his own. Maybe they just thought the harder to kill thing meant it was a 4 man job. The nightclub thing was just stupid though.
Remember that the road to hell is paved withh good intentions. I do not like PC in entertainment of any kind, but that goes either way. In this case, it is ironic how the Neo Nazi protagonist goes on about the value of a single human life and then discredits the value of multiple human lives when it suits his own interests. If you are someone who enjoys torture, rest assured that after a while, it will not matter who you are torturing. It is a primitive but natural instinct to kill when you are angry, but systematic torture does not come from anger or hatred. It stems from a deeper darkness that derives enjoyment from the act itself. That applies universally, whether you are black, white, brown, red, or pale in this case! Mia was not much for torture, her sister was. Hope they all meet the Count or someone of that stature in part 2. Great story and narration. 🧛♂️
