lol right before you said greek yogurt i was pulling out my tzatziki for lunch also hummus is another favorite food in my family, along with babaganouj (hope i spelled that right) and my parents actually make bread for the neighbors pretty often as gifts and it’s really sweet of them

There are some facts to your idea on processed foods. But you are less likely to become sick if you eat an abundant diet based with less processed foods. That’s just scientific evidence.
