In this weekly autism vlog, join as I interview my Granddaughter to tell you what it's like having an Autistic Grandmother. We will be cooking Plantain pancakes, talking about a family weekly dispute over a dog and home video of me as a baby from 1975.
*warning- If you have sensitive ears and certain sounds, you might want to skip where I play the canjo. I know some people are bothered by some sounds and not others. Use your own discretion.

Thank you for your honesty, once again ! I must confess that being french, this Karen thing is not clear to me, but I understand it's not very nice. Thanks for the Canjo moment ! Alexis is cute, and sound very honest talking about her opinions, I enjoyed listenning to her ! Well, about inappropriate emotions and behaviour, I'm used to doing that, and even more since my diagnosis, I don't know why, but it always feel hard. My parents didn't make videos when I was a kid, but on the photos, I always have an angry face. They were mad about that, and I was so anxious of their reaction I looked even worse ! Have a nice and peaceful day ! 💕

Thank you Cecile! I'm glad you liked my canjo playing. Still practicing. :) Yes...and it's hard because the other person gets confused to a reaction like that (my son did.) I felt bad about it. Thank you on Alexis...she is very opinionated and loves being on camera. I only saw that video of myself a few months ago for the first time. And that was my first thought. I look so serious. I hope you had a beautiful day! Looks like we will be getting rain...

"Angry face" photographs. Oh, yes, Cecile, I can relate. My cross country team had just won the championship and everyone is smiling in the team photo except for one. I'm super angry standing next to my beaming coach. It ruined the picture and someone put it on Facebook recently. It's funny to me now. It's okay to be imperfect.

Yes, I can relate to that. I've had arguments with my wife because of this. What also happens to me is that sometimes I give a bad\sad new to someone with a smile. And people are confused if I'm being serious or not.

He was yelling and all the sudden I found it funny in my mind. But it really wasn't funny at all. I think I just didn't know how to react to his quick anger outburst.
