I'm a white lady from a predominantly white community. I'm an early childhood educator. I am also the grandchild of a police officer who has been raised to respected our finest. Admittedly I know nothing about being black. I know little about predominantly black communities. My job is to instil kindness, understanding, and patience in our littlest community members. And I value, respect, and honor the role of those who serve our communities. However, I can state emphatically that I am pissed. I am saddened. I am hurt. I am disillusioned. Above I am disgusted. If *I* feel all of this I can only imagine how the black community must feel. This insanity has got to end. For all our sakes. Bless you and please stay safe!

I spent my life in Charlotte NC, and Memphis TN, i have 4 boys and now have moved to Madison Indiana because my wife is from here and wanted to move back, I bought a BLM flag but my wife is afraid for me to fly that flag because the racism in this town, my vehicle could be vandalized. I want to make a change in this city so if you could tell me where to get a free hugs shirt I'd like to make a dent in this area. So many people have love, and the color of their skin should not determine who hugs.

no matter how angry people get.no one has a right to hurt someone else and weak minded people are turning this into something it was supposed not meant to be.bad things happen everyday. you can not demonize a whole group over a a few bad apples.. the biggest thing to remember is cops are human and they make mistakes and fail everyday,, also if you support these protest you must know that when it got violent and stopped talking and stared attacking you lost me and anyone else who might be sympathetic to your cause,, our country isn't perfect but we try harder then other country there and u want to call us all wht racist ,, i don't have a racist bone in my body .. Just remember this a lot or so called movement leaders are being paid, there is so much propaganda being fueled by china and russia etc.. the best thing we can all do is boycott the news,, if isn't happening near you and race relations are good there then why, and again i love what you do.. one more thing, everybody should watch the movie they live,, media is a control tool, try putting your cellphone down for a week. my life is not in order so im going spend my time yelling at others. remember the color of your skin only means something if you let it.. when i have to answer what color i am i just say other because i will not allow the 1 percent to to put us into groups or i answer human. piece and love too all,
