@ohiofarmer5918
@ohiofarmer5918 10 месяцев назад
If I have a pile of plywood that I want a very straight top cut or rip, I just put a 2x4 under the piece I want to cut and use clamps to secure a factory edge to it as a rip guide. You don't have to deal with all that lifting it on a sawhorse. The time spent is about the same. A worm drive is great because the blade stays in place and does not wander like a circular saw

Stupid question ahead....... It seems to me that structures in the woods are going to be in a constant battle with moisture. Would it be stupid or wise to spray flooring and the underneath studs (and wall studs) with a deck stain? Deck stain lasts a couple years being exposed and walked on, I'm guessing it would last 10 years if it was on the under side. I'm just wondering if giving the structure a 10 year head start on rot would be a good thing. BUT, I'm also thinking this could trap moisture and make my shed (cabin) rot faster. So I don't know, who knows?

Sometimes one is non-and two is one as long as your vehicle can handle the weight and you have the room in your vehicle and know how to access your supplies. I see no problem in bringing too much stuff Lately I am checking into the decked a storage box to fit in the back of my truck to go underneath my cross toolbox and my knack box to make it easier to access small parts and supplies. I forgot the 12 ton jacks, the last two trips, and I would’ve been way better than the screw jack, we needed to use
