I'm On My Own Again 

Hi friends! Sooo after Day 15's downhill debacle, I have decided to take another Zero. Fresh Prince decided it was best for him to continue hiking and Stretch decided it was best for her to take some time away from trail. So here I am, taking a Zero to allow my body to recover from the day before. Join me as I resupply and enjoy some time by the river with a glass of wine. 😊

After a throughly relaxing Zero Day at the NOC, I set out on my own again. This is the first time I've flown solo since Day 2! Pretty wild, huh? I've sincerely enjoyed my time with my tramily, but as life should happen, plans change and you just have to adapt. I enjoyed my alone time as I climbed out of the NOC and took breaks where and when I felt. It was a good feeling to be alone again and left to my thoughts. I've grown a lot, mentally, since starting the trail and I was happily surprised to experience this newfound confidence.
