@@soar_reverse.5450the guy in the vudeo definitely worked out a bit but the reason his arms look so big is cuz hes in good lighting and hes squeezing his arms with his traps if u understand cuz i work on my biceps twice in a week and my arms look similar to his Now if u were to see him flexing his arm upwards his arms would look normal
@@DivineSoulFromUhe is right tho. I look exactly like him. Allthough 20 is a bit of an exaggeration more like 100 every other day. Still not that much work
I don’t understand this kind of hate. Especially on a young kid who’s clearly just starting his fitness journey. I would’ve been very happy to have those triceps at his age. Keep it up bro!
No dude. People are not "hating on his physique" really. It's obvious that the hate stems from the fact that he took the time to film, edit, and post this while and during all of that time he could've stopped and realized that showing off decent results while acting like you've got insane results is silly/cringe and ego driven. That's why people are "hating". You, me, and everyone else being honest here that isn't an idiot can realize this.
A lot of jealous people on this post. Sure, they’ll try to spin it in a hundred different ways, but it’s simple - and ugly - jealousy. And sadly, it’s all too common and predictable.
He ain’t working out, I’m 16 and been working out for about 2 years now almost every day sometimes I miss a day or two but never going a week. That is what I looked like a week after working out so you can’t even consider a week of just lifting working out.
@@Kneeg_Row his forearms are super small no doubt the biggest contributer to his physique are his triceps which look like insane genes when compared to the bicep
@@TrainerSnow search up wrists its more close to like the hand, ive never seen the muscle on the wrists but u can train and work them out, maybe pull sum veins
Is his physique really above average for his age group? In my classes in high school, it's pretty normal to see freshmen that are a lot more jacked than this that may or may not even weight train.
@@bapple-7735 You underestimate pushups, now I can do 150 as a warmup before the gym or a quick pump, but back then as a scrawny kid with noobie gains it was a serious struggle doing that every day.
@@schmoke.yeah I’m 14 now and at 12 I started to do 100 a day as a skinny kid and then my arms just blew up even tho my chest didn’t gain much. I never went to the gym and was straight away able to bench 60 kgs from push-ups
@@9SecondQuotesyou were probably doing pushups wrong or accidentally a different type of pushups (maybe) if your arms became much bigger and your chest didn't grow much.
don’t know why everyone is hating so much, bros got nice upper arms. but i’d recommend working out more than just one muscle group or else u just look goofy
I look just like him. Trust me he is skinny af and he just has a little bit more muscle than the acergae skinny guy therefore when he squeezes his arm on his side he gets that result. Trust me when i say my build is exactly like his and you dont need much work to have it
Not everyone grew up in the weak suburbs “scrawny as hell” he’s only doing better because he’s young, once he gets older and eats a ton of junk food he’ll understand that doing a couple of pushups and being “sleeper built doesn’t mean a thing
@@chrisgr9050not true at all, this is what happens when people go off their own experiences and others they see vs scientific data and how muscle development works. Plently of people who have been working out a long while, don't look as big as him
@@Electricc__ not true at all. If you have been working for 2 or 3 months and you started very skinny if you dont look like this guy you are doing something wrong. Now whether its that you are not eating enough or not working bard enough in they gym is up to you to figure out
@@lewis9454 oh god bruh!!! Why sooo negativity?? chill out. Say good or don’t say nothing. Saying something rude even tho you are right doesn’t make you cool or savage. If you think he flexing and capping 🧢 then let him you don’t need prove him wrong or insult him in the public/internet, maybe he wasn’t like this before! He saw the change and just sharing that. Be humble not Savage
@@Badboislikemething is some of these are right and aren't hate they are telling him do this to fix this area or maybe do this to help there. Your mistaking guidance and hate as the same thing I will admit it's pretty ass to hate but guidance is needed especially when there are those who will hate instead of help. I gotta agree he does look good but his lower arm could use a little work like another comment said. No hate just facts here 💪😁
This is what I mean when I say that there’s no more constructive criticism, you can’t post anything without being downplayed, sure. But here, that’s all there is ! You can’t post without being incertain that you are gonna have positive feedback, because people are jealous of your confidence, that’s all
Do any of you guys remember how the fitness community was respected and appraised for being a supportive and excepting community who were all focused on helping each other get better and feel better about themselves? Yeah. All of that has gone down the shitter over the past couple of years. (This comment section is my evidence, I have more if you need it)
I love how half the comments are haters who dont know what a sleeper build is. You dont build arms that look like that just doing 100 pushups a day this dudes actuality got decent arms. I understood dude my bodies the same way
Yes, we've all been there, but we didn't flex on YT pretending we are superhumans like he is doing, that's why he is getting so much hate, for being too cocky while being a skinny little boy
@CapsuleYT I actually do lol, I’m new to building muscle still a beginner but I do a ton of cardio because I’m in high school soccer I can only lift 35lbs like twice so I got small arms compared to ppl who do lift.
@CapsuleYTand his triceps are very good biceps are alright too he probably curls almost 50lbs and can easily do 40 push ups for a set with the tricep form
