I appreciate this content by far! My problem isn't even so much finding the niche - it's the same skeptics that you mentioned and honestly, it's a mind thing. Probably a bit late for valentine's day POD, as organic traffic takes time and you have to allow for fulfillment time. It's never too late to start a business though. I started last year doing digital products (ai clipart) after years of over thinking it all the time. Just start. Be willing to make mistakes and put out 'bad' designs. It doesn't matter if nothing sells on the early days. What matters is just getting started. Commit to putting up 100 designs asap just for the sake of 'education', and you will start to gain confidence in the process. Then when you can see people are clicking on your listings, that will start to give you confidence. Good luck 🤞

I have a quick question please, how do you create a listing selling a pair of items using printify for example, say the two items is an adult shirt and a kid shirt together. I would like it to be automated to printify but unsure how one order of a pair of items can be ensured to ship together? Also how can i include a bonus gift like if a customer purchases the item i could give them a link to download something that compliments the item. Thanks so much for any thoughts.

11:05 can you make a video on how to analyze etsy ads data? like where the paid clicks are coming from and how to figure out whats working and whats not working and things like that?
If you turn on etsy ads, you can see the detail of the clicks you're getting including where the keywords the customer typed in, etc. It's all in the ads dashboard.

Are you from the UK? Your Etsy store keeps a record of all of your transaction data, which you can download at anytime. You'll need to learn how to do your own book keeping and do annual self assessments for any side hustle business.

Hi. Great video! I personally struggle with overload of information at the begining. Mainly setting up an etsy store. I have some designs ready but my store has no info. Do i create listings and all info for each item? Policies, and other admin stuff. Its paralysing for me! I know there are tutorials, but most of them are general...you put this info here, this info there, not a lot of specifics, then they dont say if i have to repeat it for each item, or this is set for good , until somethings change...gggrrrrr. it makes my head POP😢

What stops me from opening a shop on Etsy is that the expenses in my country, Greece, for health insurance and accountant, which are mandatory, are very high. I want around 400 euros in expenses per month. At the moment, I'm not working so I would have to risk my savings.And I am 60 years old. Also, I can't increase the cost for advertising on Etsy any further. . And I don't hide from you that all these stories I hear about shops closing on Etsy have really concerned me a lot!On the other hand, because I am an artist, I have studied painting, I have created handmade jewelry, I have a high aesthetic sense which definitely helps me create beautiful things How could I know if my shop will do well and quickly? Analyzing a lot, 'cause of English, not being my first language...bit scared to missunderstand & do something wrong, as choosing size/ pixels / upscaling, for Book/journal/covers, mugs, setting up Pinterest, automate personalized items, selling from Europe, etc...🤷 At 69, I would like to get funds to repair my home, that got damage 'caused by frozen pipes & leaking roof...at least $ 59 000 needed for it, as well as adding costs for drainage of the house that is build in '49, heating (No heating works right now, as radiators in rooms are running on hot water, & we had some days -17 cels /1,4 F...not fun with electric bills caused by heating fans) .. preferre thermal ground type heating, etc, that will cost att least another $ 50 000.. ☝️ I am doing some reselling on the net of various second hand things, but that is not getting that fast as I would needed to...I have many ideas about POD, coloring books, etc... If Printify is charging $3.39 for shipping and you say it's not included in the cost of the item because you are passing the savings onto the customer, I am confused? Is this shipping cost included in the final checkout? If not, then I do not see the 44% profit margin in this calculation.
I normally struggle with the pricing. Its hard to offer a competitive price. I also feel lkke its hard to make a profit especially for me i dont have money right now for printify premium so its been a bit hard to compete with pricing
Getting found seems to be the most difficult thing to do, for me, as I have a decent conversion rate of 3-5%. I've seen shops open up after me, doing very similiar products and they've already surpassed my sales numbers...some by hundreds or even thousands. And yet, using all the tools everyone says to use for tags and keys...isn't getting me there. It's frustrating.!
