Spring is coming to Seocheon.
To celebrate, I washed rice and cooked hard rice overnight and made rice wine(makgeolli) for three weeks.
I used to make makgeolli in Seoul, but it tastes even better in the countryside.
The seafood pancake with plenty of webfoot octopus and clams made the makgeolli taste even better.
I'm drunk with the scenery of Seocheon and the taste of alcohol. This is healing.
