Lentils with rice a very tasty vegan high protein recipe you shold try! Quick and easy vegan recipe with green lentils! In less than 30 minutes you will have a delicious meal!
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g of green lentils
- 1 litre of water
------------------------
- 200 g of rice (Bonnet - parboiled)
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 leek/onion
- 2-3 carrots
- 150 g celery roots
- 1 laurel leaf
- 1 litre of cold water
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley
- lemon juice or vinegar
