I Make This When I Really Don’t Want To Cook | Spicy and Cheesy Baked Potatoes Recipe 

This spicy and cheesy baked potatoes recipe will be a delicious dinner, though super simple.
🥘Ingredients:
potatoes - 6 large-sized
salt - to taste
spices - ⅓ tsp each
potato seasoning
black pepper
paprika
coriander
garlic - 3 cloves
vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
cheese - +/-100 g
butter - +/-15 g
dill - 1 tbsp
📝Instructions:
▪️ Make marinade: Mix vegetable oil, minced garlic, black pepper, potato seasoning, coriander and paprika.
▪️ Parboil potatoes adding salt to taste
▪️ Cut the potatoes into 4 parts, but not all the way through
▪️ Brush the potatoes with the oil mixture
▪️ Sprinkle with grated cheese
▪️ Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes until the cheese melts
▪️ Sprinkle with fresh herbs, e.g. dill before serving
