Just a heads up though about Bikram yoga 🧘‍♀️, the founder has been accused of rape and sexual assault and there is a warrant out for his arrest for not paying money ect. But most importantly he has been accused of rape . I would listen to 30 for 30 there is a great podcast series on it all that you should definitely check out. Just be careful ❤️❤️
