The first time I visit Ghana and took a bus, I see a vendor coming to my window selling me a framed picture of the 'white Jesus'. I reprimanded him. He was obviously ashamed, after. I didn't disrespected him, but I reminded him that he was in Africa.

My brother, the challenge is truly, as Nation, we have a lot of languages But my advice to you, if you wish learning akan language, it's will allow you to reach out to many people's you met, because out of 💯 % populations in the Country, 80 - 85% can speak akan twi, also in Ivory Coast akan as well.
@One Love exactly what i said! you can not afford all the indigenous language in gh 🇬🇭, mejority carrying the vote, as people's, must of akans speaks 🔊 only one language, but we have little peace, and we understand each other.
@One Love I'm not changing the subject Pls, I'm also in Europe 🇪🇺, due to the fact, and little experience i get since 1995 up to date, One Ghanaian... I'm not going to mention anyone's name, Went to gh 🇬🇭 embassy to make gh 🇬🇭 passport, embassy told him to speak twi, but that guy told the embassy that, he is not akan, so embassy can not tell him to speak twi. Then gh 🇬🇭 embassy reply to that guy, " he can told gh 🇬🇭 passport from him and declare that he is not Ghanaian anymore" Another issue : i leave in the Country with different Cultures, tribes and tongues in Europe 🇪🇺, but the have official language which is the second highest in the world 🗺. Once opong a time, i went to council to register one of local language in my area, then the teachers around gethering themselves and told me to stop the local language and study the language which i, as foreign, can speak 🔊 to every body in the Country, also told me, in terms, i move from that region, or state i will not face difficulties as stranger. Imagine, our elderly brother, is learning one local language, and move to bono, Tamale, wa, Boliga, Kumasi etc... Despite the fact, he is not going find the life easy at all. So i says this, for the benefit of our brother from Jamaica 🇯🇲 and Africa America diaspora ancestors...

The Residency matter in Ghana, and AFRICA as a whole, is very painful and disgusting for us from the Diaspora. And for even Africans within Africa itself! I really don't know what those African leadership are thinking. Even in Ethiopia it's very complicated and painstaking

That's cool. In every certainty your experience so far is what most Africans will want when it comes to the political leadership. Because Ghana is one of the countries where the political leaders do not represent suffering and death to the people compare to Togo, the country at East of Ghana which is a bloody and dynastic tyranny since almost 60 decades. A country where modern slavery is going on. Millions must be born to suffer, looking at each other with pain, waiting for death, death through suffering and misery, violence and persecution, deprivation and misery.
As the i said king. Colonialism has done a lot of damage to our people. Thats why JAH Rastafari said africa is unmade. Africa awaits its creators. From them know Rastafari and marcus garvey they will eventually overstand.
That is my biggest sadness for Africa their religion has been colonized to the point of no return. Remembering the video of a whole town in Africa rejoicing and following a white jesus look-alike down the street worshipping this man

See Ghanaian think it’s easy to be enslaved and taught your slave masters language and can’t even communicate with you guys. It’s hard to understand what you guys are saying. I try learning twi and my head started hurting me. It hurt 😢
Jesus Christ is Lord, as a Jamaican you don't need a visa to travel to many African countries. All you need is a place to stay and money to buy your ticket, and you are set to go. You can contact Ekow Simpson in Ghana. He helped a few Jamaicans to get settled and to get free land in Ghana. This Jamaican man is now living and building a beautiful house on his land.
Too leaders in Afrika are "westernized" & that is they continue to have these "white'/caucasian images" of their european colonizers. That also tells you that they don't have a proper educational program.
