What I thought when I saw the title of the video : Attention mappers I need yout help! I need your parents credit card number, the expiration date and the three wacky numbers on the back!
What if the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom won against the Qing Dynasty? I'm not sure whether Asian scenarios would have as much interest though, unfortunately.
Attention! All big and small mappers... Imperial Mapping is in grave danger! He needs your help to make an alternate scenario for his next mapping video! And to do so, he needs your credit card number, 3 digits on the back, and expiration date...
Not sure if it helps at all, but I know a little bit about what the hell was going on in Spain during the late 19th Century. After the disastorous Napoleonic and Carlist Wars, Spain was in a pretty bad spot, left politically unstable and financially bankrupt, with only Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Phillippines, Guam, and some North African territory as the last remnants of their once great colonial empire. The country by the late 1860's was ruled by Liberals under the reign of Isabella ll, who was then overthrown in a coup in 1868 called the "Glorious Revolution". So everything turned to shit, and since most of everybody wanted to keep the monarchy intact, and the Bourbons wouldn't return until the 1970's, the Spanish parliament began looking abroad for a new monarch. And they found one, briefly, in the form of Prince Leopold von Hohenvollern, but as you probably know, he ultimately didn't get the job. So then they got Prince Amadeo de Italy to be the king, but nobody really liked him, and in 1872, the Carlists revolted for the 3rd time, sparking the 3rd Carlist War. Early on in the war, Amadeo abdicated, 'cause he felt he wasn't qualified to rule Spain, and thus began the 1st Spanish Republic, which quickly collapsed, because a lot of monarchists defected to the Carlists, and in 1874, the monarchy was restored, and two years later, the 3rd Carlist War ended. After that, things are... relatively okay. Spain lost basically everything except for the mainland and North Africa during the Spanish-American War of 1898, and for a while, the country would be ruled under the system of Turnismo, in which Liberals and Conservative artifically kept a balance of power via prearranged rotations between government control. However, this was very much resented by everybody, including but not limited to the very socialist-adjacant parties that sprang up in the late 19th Century as a result of industrialization and devlopment, including the UGT, CNT, and FAI, among others, and would evntually lead to the creation of the 2nd Spanish Republic in 1931. And that is my general knowledge of Spanish history and politics in the late 19th Century. Not sure if it helps, but hey, it might be interesting, at least.
What if The treaty if Versailles was littler than in our timeline. Ex: Germany wouldn’t be blamed for everything and Austria-Hungary would keep more land.
What it Balkan Entente was a relevant alliance when Italy decided to attack Greece? I know I did this in my own AHOW but I am not happy with it's quality and I would like to see you discuss it. What if during an alternate timeline, the Balkan Entente which was formed between Kingdom Of Yugoslavia, Kingdom Of Romania, Hellenic Kingdom and Republic Of Turkey in 1934, responded in an all out war declaration against Mussolini's aggression towards Greece? (Some sort of a context here)
Hmm... How about what if Kościuszko Uprising succeded? I must say it bugged me for some time, sadly not many people think about this possibility, even in poland. In my opinion this event would shurely change a lot in history of western and central europe.
What if the German Empire (the one proposed by the German confederation which would have the king of Prussia leading it while Austria would be prime minister) actually formed when the king of Prussia accepted?
What if Poland Lithuania conquer Russia during the the time of trouble you see in our timeline the people of Moscow the capital of Russia support the king of Poland Lithuania so long as they could practice othoxrtoxy but king refuse and so the people of Moscow turn against them. If the king decided to keep his promise Russia as a whole could have been become part of Poland Lithuania making them even more powerful them in our timeline.

What if Napoleon had died in one of his early battles as a soldier and thus never Rose to power? I know this isn't such of a small scenario, but I know that you can do it.
What if Vlad the Impaler won the night battle of Tirgoviste (aka kill the Sultan and cause a succession crisis in the ottoman empire at the same time as he was ravaging across it undisputed before the leader actually came at which point he lost a bit of land but no real battles but then eventually lost this battle and got fucked)
