I have a bad driveshaft vibration and I think I figured out what is causing it. The driveshaft slip yoke had some play in it so the slip yoke and transfer case bushing needed replaced. If you are having problems diagnosing your vibration then maybe your slip yoke or transmission bushing is worn out like mine was. I also replaced my driveshaft U Joints for good measure.

Probably fixed that problem but maybe theres just a small vibration from your tires or something. Also i forget if this is leaf sprung but on my leafsprung truck i pointed the pinion down 4deg from parallel and its worked perfect even in whoops and jumping it

Could be tires they do look quite worn out maybe one has a bubble?

Good point, certainly could be (although it did only happen under acceleration). I bought the tires used to try out 37's and see how they fit. Might be time to buy a new pair, so far 37 seems to be a good size!

@@BuildSomethingAuto under acceloration sounds like possibly axel wrap or u joints on the drive shaft? Maybe a double cardin/CV what ever they are called these days moght help?

When I took it to get balanced I replaced the remaining used Ujoint, so they're both new now. I haven't driven it yet since I've been working on the front end, but I'm hoping the issues resolved. I'm sure there'll be an axle wrap issue under hard acceleration since I still have explorer springs with the cummins engine and ram axle. I have some plans to address that in one of my coming videos.
