www.unseen64.net -I-Ninja is a fun action game that was developed by Argonaut Games and released in 2003. Trough the development the graphic style of the game and it's characters were changed before the final version. Sadly in October 2004 Argonauts was closed for economic issues. Full article coming the 4th of september on U64. Thanks a lot to Tanguy for the contribution!

Fun fact: In the final game, If you look very closely during startup, you can actually see this version of Ninja for a brief moment before he slices the Argonaut logo. He's silhouetted, but the running animation gives it away.

whoaaah this is weird... looks like they had a lot of ideas to try before the final product was released. But that boat thing at 0:57 is sick they should've put that in the final product

I like the changes. BUT I think they should have kept the sailing idea, the castle idea, the island (possibly as a bonus level) and the homing shurikens (the homing shurikens are here: 1:13 and 1:17)

My Team and I are working on a spiritual sequel right now! I ninja was my favorite childhood game and i always wanted a sequel. I dedicated alot of my life to learning game development just to make this happen and im happy to show our first proto! Gameplay on My Channel and our Main Channel #NinjaRevived

Mini Ninjas is not related to I-Ninja because the company that made I-Ninja was shut down after I-Ninja was released and before they could make I-Ninja 2.

Though it looks buggier than the final product. It would have been nice to get a few ninja island stages in there. Then again if you really want that dark feudal feel you may be better off with a tenchu game.

...so...what was wrong with this version? :/ If they hadn't changed it, it probably would have been more fun to play/watch...why change what isn't broken?
