It's cool to see what kinda food trucks are popular and/or serving the tasty food in another state. Here in NC we have a couple dozen different ones in the Triangle area of NC that are really good (if you ever make it here - look for Bulkogi, Bo's Kitchen or Cousin's Maine Lobster - those 3 are my favorites). :)

Love the food truck series. Would love to see more. I haven't seen you disappointed by any of it yet. I live in Louisiana and hit up the food trucks as often as i can. You get special freaky deaky this is how you answer the door in my neighborhood kind of vibes. Don't forget to check back on her fries when she makes them her own.

Amazing how much stuff, these food trucks have to offer. I dont get how they have hot plates and fryolators, they must have air conditioning in those. My idea was a yellow submarine shaped for food truck. I would sell pretty much only subs, try to put Jersey Mikes out of business{ haha ). I would only have hot containers, for meatball and sausage subs and a toaster oven for toasting the rolls, and thats about it. A large selection of soda, and drinks not made with HFCS. And a few dessert items, and some ice cream. and a few chip options. that about it, no grill, hot plates, or fryolators. But, i will never do this, dealing with the public sucks.......

Lobster tales seemed cool and down to earth. Unlike some of the other ones in last video who bragged and bragged and gave you one thin slice of prime rib on cheese bread lol.

You know what I think sounds pretty good a Birria Mexican pizza basically made with two fried flour tortillas so you got the crunch. birria, cheese and whatever veggies you want. Me personally probably diced green onions, chopped habaneros, guacamole, some refried Beans & sour cream. My mouth is getting watery Just thinking about it. I’m always hungry and that sounds delicious.
