I might've missed some joke but since its a school zone they have to put speed bumps on roads because some dumb drivers always speed in school zones. Also its a parking lot that means the speed limit there is under atleast 10mph. And the last thing is that the R32 is so low that he might scratch the bottom of his car so thats why he is avoiding the speed bump.
