How I recovered from a debilitating stroke. Golf played a role! It was an important part of my stroke rehabilitation. Golf sets the right attitude. Golf is a great sport for any senior, especially a stroke victim. You are only competing with yourself. Here are the exercises and methods I used to hit better shots than before my stroke. An inspirational, personal journey with the methods and attitudes than allowed me to recover. I follow my personal progress through several episodes about my rehab. My message is "Don't Give in to Stroke!"
