Hi everyone, "actual" Colonel CaperCafe here, welcoming you back to our RU-vid series, where I try to beat Bomber Crew USAAF by only flying missions at low altitude and hopefully keeping my crew alive, flying over 25 missions, and not losing any aircraft! I loved playing through Bomber Crew 2 years ago, but do I still have what it takes to pull this off in Operation Low Road? I can't do it alone! Good Morning Colonel, Your trusty intel officer here. Bit of an odd mission today, we hadn't quite gathered information for what was out there before the Brass took it off our desks. Your bomber seems to have survived pretty well in todays mission, despite the slew off aircraft you flew into. The aircraft I noticed were the: Fiat CR.42, Bf-109, Bf-110, Me-262 and that peculiar twin fuselage plane. Through a bit of digging I was able to find it after switching my focus to Italian Aircraft types, and can say the Aircraft was a Savoia-Marchetti SM.92 (You probably just need to remember the numbers). Good Job as always

🤔 Hmmm...I'm sure the Brass are just doing what's best for you hahaha Thanks for the comment and for watching! The SM92 was a surprise for sure. I'm scared for how many more types they're going to throw at us 😓😣

My Gal Sal is such a common name to hear because it's one of only 4 that is still surviving today, restored for static display at The National WWII Museum in New Orleans, Louisiana. However, you've got the wrong theatre of the war - she crashed in the Greenland icecap in 1942. The props were damaged in the emergency landing, so the crew had to spend a full day cutting the tips off one of them so they could start the engine to power the radio and call for help. That twin boom looked like an SM92, which I didn't think was in game. They have 20mm main cannons, which really hurt, so take them out quick!

Incredible story - I had no idea!! The SM92 hurt HARD, made worse by the fact that we were surrounded both front and rear.

Great video were the scrappy under dogs we don't need to front luxuries like med kits or fire extinguishers just the sky and democracy....🎉
